[Resolved]  Tikona — Irresponsible activities

My Tikona Connection booked on 19/05/2015 via cheque no 183022 dated 19/05/2015. Total Cheque amount is Rs.2247/- ie two months advanced rent.
After taking connection the line started to give problems after a month. Frequent login problems and not at all working atleast half a day everyday.
Totally dissatisfied by the connection including poor customer care support, Before the end of the second month I made disconnection request to [protected]@tikona.in. But I received total silence from Tikona side. I kept on sending continuous mails for the same disconnection process.
Instead taking necessary steps to disconnect the Line the Tikona continues to charge my account and started to irritate me via calls and sms.

Apart from many unwanted SMSs and Calls, on[protected] they tried make me fool by making phone a call and few peolple whom called themselves as advocates of Delhi High Court (with very poor English) stating that they are going to the court black list my name and block all my bank accounts, online transactions and Passport whatever I have. They are going to inform the local police station to arrest me. Totally they tried to threaten me over the phone.

I dont know why Tikona is doing this 3rd level fraud and unlikable activities. Kindly make a solution such that nobody further affected with this bad activities of Tikona.

This is my First mail to requesting disconnection of Line to Tikona dated[protected].00 Hrs .

I have taken the connection about a month ago. I had very bad experiences within this period.
In past 15 years I have used connections from different operators but I'm sure that Tikona is very
bad. There is nothing to appreciate with the connection. Most of the time I was unable
to get even the login page for several hours and speed is also not upto mark.

Within this short period I contacted Customer Care about 4 times regarding connection problems.
They used to repeat the same answer always. Only once a Customer support Engineer came and
attended the call. Most irresponsible thing is the waiting time while calling to the customer care no.

It seems continuing with Tikona is a waste of time and effort so I have decided surrender the connection.

Treat this as an Connection Termination Request and do the needful at the earliest.
Kindly reply with the confirmation of Termination and settlement of amount.

If any further happens means It force me to move to the Consumer Court.
