[Resolved] Tikona — issue with tikona service and staff | |||
I had applied for tikona broadband package of 6 month paying 4500. As i shifted my home, i requested them for shifting my connection to my new address. Also raised a ticket (No[protected] for the same, a person was assigned for this job (Name - raj kumar -[protected]) this person closed the ticket without doing job, since that day no one is answering the call. Tried calling customer care and also the concern person, but no one is reachable. Now im so fed up of calling them. I tried reaching customer care on numbers like[protected] and also various numbers found on website. I never got a callback from them nor any response. Attaching a screenshot of my request id and the date on which i had lodged a complaint. Tikona customer id - [protected] P. S - if my issue is not resolved i might have to reach out to police.
