Tikona — No Connectivity Since last Two Weeks | |||
Tikona ID: [protected]. Poor Customer Service #Tikona. Facing connectivity issues since last two weeks and they are still trying to get hold of the problem. After lots of requests, they assigned Technical Engineer saying he will visit my premises. Its been 24 hours and there is no one. #Tikona provides with number of technician, upon calling the number no one is picking up the phone. Fed up calling that number, and went back to their customer support number, executive took exactly 10 minutes to figure out my scenario (Why are they making me wait) and keeps on repeating it will be sorted out by evening. I argued her to get it sorted in one hour, and executive denies, and on begging couple of more times, executive keeps me on hold...Waited for 2 minutes...3 minutes...10 minutes...So if they have nothing to answer, they put you on hold and make you wait forever.#Pathetic #TikonaFails If you are choosing #Tikona .
