Tikona — No network everyday after 11pm | |
I just bought the service last week. N everyday after 11.30pm the Wifi goes off. There is no network the entire night. We are working from home and I am doing night shift. I bought the Wifi so that I can work without any interruptions in the internet speed. 3 times I have raised the complaint to customer and through Tikona App. But no response. Also since 1 week I am asking to give Rs-1500 router receipt the Sales person Nitin and the connection person who visited my home is just delaying. Because of this pathetic service and no network in the night I will lose my job. Kindly escalate on priority. I want to cancel their services and want the refund of 6 months 4200 which I paid for 6 months plan. I cannot rely on this poor service they are extremely bad in Broadband service and even response to any complaints.
