Tikona — No proper service | |||
I am SHUBHAM MOONAT, student, indore.bi am observing some issues over a proper connection trough the services being provided by tikona digital networks. I wanted to have internet connenction in my place where i live. And also a wifi connenction for other devices to be connected. For that purpose i wanted to contact a service provider and then i gotta know about tikona digital networks through a pamphlet. There was a mobile number over it. I made a call and the very next day to persons came for setting up the connection. They both did not explained us the T&C properly and were also in a hurry to complete it as soon its possible. The problem we have is that we are not able to connect more than 2 devicesthrough the wifi and it was nt told by them. I have more than 5 devices to be connected but i am unable to do that.
