[Resolved] Tikona — No support from tikona when broadband connection down | |||
Customer number - [protected] Registered mobile number - [protected] My broadband connection is down since last thursday 11th august 2016. I am continuously calling tikona technical support however getting auto answer with statement that "engineer with number [protected] is assigned to visit the site" When we call engineer since last 4 days either his number is off or he is not responding.. Now it's about to complete 5 days however no response from engineer as well as from tikona technical support!! Today finally i tried to reach support engineer.. After multiple calls he attended my call and he asked me that he will call me back within 10-15 minutes after discussion with tikona technical support however it's more than 3 hours now he hasn't called me back and even he is not responding to my calls as well. I again tried to reach him almost 10 times. Pathetic service my tikona support as usual!! This is not the first time by tikona for such support, but day by day the service support and reachability of support team becoming worst!! When it comes about monthly payment i am getting calls everyday almost twice in day for making payment before due date!! I am seriously frustrated with your service and want to reach local police station to raise complaint against tikona technical support even after making payments on time. Else want to raise case in consumer court. I can produce enough evidences against worst support by tikona in last 2 years.
