[Resolved] Tikona — Non confirmation of the payment | |||||
I have made a payment for Rs: 2099/-- on Monday 8th August 2016 for 50GB Internet (transaction ID: "BIL/[protected]//[protected]") with a voucher = BF 2099 (50GB365days2099Rs), immediately payment got debited from my account and i got a "success" message on the screen of tikona webiste. Since then i am consistently following up with Tikona customer care for activation of the voucher, however they always keep saying that they haven't received the money yet. I confirmed with the bank about the payment which is successful from their side. How long does it take for such an simple issue. This is 2nd time i am facing the same issue. (previously in April/May 2016). This will be the last time i will using Tikona if this is not resolved at the earliest.
