[Resolved] Tikona — Non responsive customer care number | |
User id : [protected] Request no :1- [protected] The above request number states that my final settlement has been completed and modem will be collected. However tikona customer care has not sent any engineer for modem collection nor are they answering my calls. This is definately not the first time. They have been asking me to submit my modem to their engineer for a few months now. However no action from their side. Secondly this is not my only complaint, a legal advocate called me at 11:05am and harrassed me and asked me to pay the full bill of r. S1820 by 11:30am. I was outside waiting for my passport and i paid the bill after which i received no acknowledgment from her nor did she pick up my calls. I would like to highlight my main point here. Please i am requesting you come to the registered address, collect modem, provide a recipt for modem collection. As i have seen en number of stories of customer being harrassed even after modem collection claiming that customer has used. I need an engineer to be sent to my address immediately for the same. Calling me and assigning another request number as tikona has done for the past 6 months will not work this time. Was this information helpful? | |
