[Resolved]  Tikona — Not disconnecting and not deleting account on multiple emails and calls

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400062

Dear sir,

I had requested immediate disconnection on 5th october and stopped using the service. At this time all my bills were paid and my amount to be paid was nil.

However, the company is not disconnecting the service after repeated phone calls and emails.

They have created a ticket for the same and its status is not moving
1-[protected]

Now, they are calling me to pay bills.

Please guide.

Thanks for getting the complaint expedited.

Tikona is still calling for bill payment and not deleting my Account even after several requests and forcing me to use services in future.

This is the email I received.

""Greetings from Tikona!

Basis your request number 1-[protected] for your Tikona user id:[protected]
we have stopped charging you rentals for the service from 14/10/2016. You will be charged
upto your bill cycle date or upto your request date or upto your last usage date whichever is
later. If you wish to use the service anytime, you can do so. You would be charged 5paise/MB
(excluding tax)@ a speed of 4Mbps only when you actually use the service. We kindly suggest
you to reset your password""

Dear, if they are not disconnecting your account after several request then simply don't pay and amount and if internet is still accessing then use it for free and enjoy, and if internet is also not accessed then simply remove tikona device and sell it on OLX.in there many customers that takes this device, just remove device and sell it or throw. i am sure tikona will never come and remove yr device ..
