[Resolved]  Tikona — Not helping with network connectivity issues

They keep fooling me and the consumer care does sweet talk.I have been troubling them for weeks yet they just say that they will fix it.Please guide me on how to make them actually fix it

I tried changing Ethernet and stuff and it resolved still only one device gets network of this issue comes back I will raise it
