    We have taken a prepaid plan for 6 month in October 2021.
    We have already closed tikona broadband wifi id [protected] in march 2022.

    Date 12.07.2022 i received call from this mobile no [protected] an unknown lady and she is telling me to do the tikona bill payment immediately.

    If i taken prepaid plan that duration is 6 month and within duration shop closed included tikona wifi in march 2022. So how is it possible to generate bills?

      I have paid the bills but still they are asking for outstanding amount i paid for the plan rs 5900 something but still they asked for late payment and yesterday i paid 350 by doing that i paid 7032 rs till 10 6 2022

        The double payment that was made by mistake has not been refunded even after the confirmation from the managers that it will get refunded
        Will have to go to consumer court if no further action taken and i will not leave until my money is refunded
        You cannot keep the money that has been sent bymistake

            Firstly, I pay all the bills related to the internet usage to tikona by 19th for every three months, since my plan is a 3months plan. My last bill payment is on 19th Jan 2022 for three months, i.e till 19 th of Apr 2022, and the billing of tikona starts on 7th of every month, so I will get a bill generated on 7th of every month and due date is 22nd .Even till date, I don't know why TIKONA charges its customers automatically after each bill payment assuming that we'll continue to use its improper and very poor services without the customer's consent .I have been charged 1699 /- the same bill amount for 3 months on 7th April again where I've stopped using the services of tikona on 17th april itself which is two days before my next bill payment for three months i.e on 19th April.Even then, I've been charged this amount and I can show my entire usage history from April proving all of this.now they are demanding me to pay 1238/- within a period of one week, failing which I will receive a legal notice stating some criminal and legal action to be taken against me.Does this even make sense at all? I have stopped using your services well before my payment date, indeed, Tikona have to refund me back the amount for 2 days of internet usage which I have already paid.Instead they are charging me extra amount and further sending me such threatening mails .This is very emotionally disturbing to me and affected me a lot.I have mentioned to the customer care service team in the first place itself that I will not be using their services and they tried to talk me through it, but I was adamant and they've even told that it is okay.You can see from my account that there's a long complaint history with tikona pertaining to their connectivity and services and even then, until now I've used just Tikona, because I didn't have another cheaper option in my locality . After already stopped using Tikona's internet services, I've been getting many calls since the due date got over i.e from 22nd April onwards, which is very disturbing since I've already mentioned I don't want their service, but still I've responded to each and every call with patience which resulted in no one speaking from the other end and atleast there's no recorded voice as well.All of this made me very disturbed at times and I would revert to the customer care only to hear that waiting time is 15sec and they wouldn't pickup the call even if it has been 15 minutes.I have all the proofs of the call records of me waiting for such long durations only to end up in vain and no one responding.Their so called customer care number +[protected] mentioned on the website doesn't even work . I have previously raised numerous complaints regarding their very poor service and poor connectivity, especially swift action and the response from the customer care, but there wasn't any change.I didn't raise any consumer complaint against Tikona before, but now, since Tikona is going overboard by threatening me to pay the bill, failing which I will be sent legal notices pertaining to legal and criminal actions, Iam filing a complaint and have attached all the proofs regarding it.I want a strict action to be taken against Tikona and an apology compensating everything, from them for all this meaningless actions.

              I am getting threat calls from Tikona. the caller has threatened to harm me.
              I received calls from - [protected] today 5th July, around 3pm.

              Background- I subscribed for Tikona services from Oct2022 - April 2022. Tikona connection ID -[protected] |

              Due to bad service, I stopped using the service and moved to a different service provider. Me not renewing the plan further was communicated vide email to the Tikona team. However, the service provider billed some amount even after cancellation.

              Now the company has crossed limits by making calls from recovery agents who threaten to seize bank accounts and harm me.

                We had taken the connection for 6 months from October 12, 2021 and used it till April 11, 2022. The last active was April 11, 2022 as also confirmed from an advocate called to say that we have Rs. 2055 amount pending which is absolutely wrong since we had already done the full payment while installing itself.

                I had sent the disconnection emails in April itself and also informed the tikona employees whoever was calling me for the payment that we are relocating and want to disconnect. Depsite of doing all of this, they kept on sending messages for non payment. Connecting to the customer care is an other headache. I Have never been able to connect the cutomercare ever. After waiting me for 10 mins saying am first in the queue, it just disconnects by itself saying goodbye.

                It is ridiculous that now civil court advocate is calling me for nonpayment to tikona. Harrasing the customers for your inefficient service.The worst service!!!

                Kindly withdraw whatever case you have filed because I am not going to pay for the service that I haven't taken. It was your inefficiency to not disconnect. For sure, I can confirm our last active date was 11 April 2022 which was 6 months o[censored]sage.

                Extreme form of harassment from tikona and reco ering dues for modem I brought with my money and services for a connection which i ask to be disconnected in March.The company is sure earning a lot of disrepute.

                      Hi Sir,

                      Have already registered my complaint with Tikona under ref no. 1-[protected] but since 3 days no update received, Even on customer support no response.
                      I Have changed my Internet wireless wifi mode to half yearly before the due date on 27 Jun 22(Due date 7 Jul 22) but since then my wifi internet is not working and have logged a complaint on the same day but no call or resolution received on that.

                      I'm working from home and due to this delay my work is getting affected.
                      Need your intervention on priority.

                        The internet service is slow or gets disconnected on regular basis not as per the pack. We face a lot of issues after complaining verbally as well by mail there is no follow up on time. They just say we are looking into the matter or the dish has positened is changed in the next builing etc etc.

                          I have already disconnected my connection around 4-5 months ago. Even I mailed to tikona care from registered mail id and got confirmation from tikona customer care call.

                          Lawyer from tikona called me saying he(Nikhil Nayak - mo:- [protected]) was from delhi court, threatening me to pay due bill. I have disconnected my connection 4-5 months ago, then what is this due amount for? Please help me with this.

                            I had requested to disconnect the tikona service so i had a bill to settle of 5198 rupess so i paid it but the transaction got stuck so the customer care executive said the amount will be refunded by the bank as they have not received so i made another transaction and the previous transaction also got successful so now they have twice the amount and are not refunding back

                              Hello,

                              During installation and for first 3 months tikona people will be very polite nd nice with you and after that they will not entertain any of your queries or problem.
                              If you try to discontinue with tikona service also they will ask you to pay the amount which you have not even used.
                              I got a call from Joya Bhattacharya stating that she is from delhi court chamber 133 and tikona has sent my case to them. Tikona filed a case against me stating that i have not paid 446.88 amount + 1100.12 penalty . Instead of giving me refund of amounts which were taken from me by giving false commitment they have filed a case against me !!
                              They made me pay the amount of 1547 and told me i will receive a clearance msg and an NOC from tikona, which i have not received yet ! If the lawyer/advocate is real then i dont expect such behaviour from her !

                              Tikona has not given me any good service but still charged 3k and they never replied to my query promptly.
                              Service is very pathetic and we will have to pay for something which we cannot even use.
                              Such a fraudulent company and people who are supporting it.
                              I will request you all please beware, do not fall in tikona's trap all they do is loot your money.

                                  I have subscription of 60mbps yearly plan since 4 month, when i paid it it was showing 0 amount pending. I got connectivity issue after few weeks nd complaint about it . No issue resolution till one month. Customer care number receives phone and tells I'll check and tell you then put your call on hold for 25 minutes half ann hour No response. As i have complaint they told me your bill of 120 rs pending saying you have not paid gst for your yearly subscription. I've paid the amount which was showing on their portal and I've bill also but they are telling your GST is pending. Till today, my connectivity is not yet resolved. Very poor service.

                                    I have sent a lot of emails and tried to call multiple time to disconnect the connection as i was not using connection as i was out of station for few months but they have not responded. and did not disconnected connection. and now they are asking me to pay the bill but i have not used the internet and harassing me through their agents. got call from fake lawyer that they are filing complaint in court and asking money to close the case.

                                      i had a prepaid connection with tikona, annual amount paid in advance, had given a request for disconnection before expiry, but company by its own extended the service on paper but had disable the service. Now they are trying to extort the service charges for the disabled service period and the modem charges.

                                      Can someone please help. And everyone else be carefull of this company, they send legal notice and ak to come to gurgoa for the court proceeding for this false case ... you eventually end up paying to stop the nonsense.
