Payment done but voucher not activated and no proper response from customer care.

The money was paid through airtel payment bank and i got confirmation from airtel that the transaction was successful. Below is the confirmation from them.

Now i got this sms from Tikona "Dear Customer, your Tikona account has been temporarily suspended as your usage has reached available Credit limit. Kindly pay your dues to restore service."..

Are you guys playing with the customers??

No proper response.. totally ###..
