[Resolved] Tikona — receiving fraud calls from advocates. last call from no[[protected]] | |
Hi, I was a user of tikona for 3 months but their performance was extremely bad to say the least. I raised multiple complaints about the problem i have been facing but i have found no solution so i decided to terminated my connection. Tikona representative then begged me to give one more chance and ensured performance issues will be taken care of. I felt like giving a second chance to tikona. But the performance continued to be pathetic. I decided enough is enough and requested for termination. The termination did not happen immediately and tikona continued to generate bills even for the prepaid connection i don't know how so i did not pay for the right reason. Today i got a call from advocate who said she is an advocate from tees hazari court and my case will be filed, i have to come to fight my case, and if i dont oblige i have to pay penalty to tikona. And btw, that too because tikona did not address my problem. I asked for copy of court notice, and she evaded the question. My sincere advise to tikona - we, your customers, are not newborn babies or people with less than iq of 25. Don't spend time in playing this kind of dirty, cheap, and laughable tricks. Instead, pay more attention to customer's problem to help your organization to grow. I have moved to another internet provider who is much more customer friendly and professional. If i get another call from any tikona representatives, i will lodge a police complaint. Please keep this in mind. Was this information helpful? | |
