Tikona — Regarding non-conformity to promised broadband speed | |||||
Respected Sir, I am using Tikona Broadband connection from last 4 months. They had promised to provide me a data speed of 4 mbps throughout till I have consumed my 30 GB data. For the first three months it worked really well, I was using it day and night. Now from the last month I had been facing issues at night, it does not even opens the lightest google page. I am a working personal and have installed the data pack for some of my personal and business stuffs. And non-connectivity hampers my work a lot, sometimes it costs me a great deal. I have mailed my request to the Tikona Customer Care but sighting no response I am compelled to complain about this negligence and the problems it causes. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible. I am a facing lot of issues when I have to work on some projects of mine and there is no connectivity.
