Tikona — Regarding Refund of double payment of the bill made by mistake | |||||
Hello Sir, I had Tikona connection with userid:[protected] So after closing the tikona due to bad service i paid the pending amount of Rs 1609.54 Rs Online using netbanking mode but by mistake due to transaction errors i double paid the same bill and i have copy of both the bills with amount 1609.54 rs . When asked tikona regarding this they said you need to submit the devices of tikona which were installed at my end then only we will refund you amount So i submitted the devices to tikona and i have receipt of that WO ID: 7464368, SDE Name:Harshad, SE ID : 012 I tried contacting Tikona through their toll free number which never connects to their representative they just kept me on hold and wasted by mobile balance I also dropped couple of mails to Tikona customer service regarding this but didn't get any reply from them So i want my refund from Tikona of additional payment which i made by mistake I will suggest others not go with Tikona even they give you free connection Was this information helpful? | |||||
