I have been facing internet connection issue every now and then, especially for the last 3 days. Your customer care service is non-responsive. it shows the quality of your management. Kindly terminate my connection as soon as possible. Your customer care numbers are automated, no way to talk to executives. raised a request on 5/6/2016 regarding network issue, and it was marked resolved with out even making sure with me whether it was rectified or not.
