[Resolved]  Tikona — Termination of connection

Dear sir/Madam

We have purchased tikona internet connection on 01 May 2021 for full year plan and paid 100% advance to them.

From day one we are facing a lot of issues with the connectivity and due to lock down our work and children education is completely depend online, and it has become impossible to carry through for our requirements.

We have mailed several times to tikona customer care for termination of our services but they only reply saying that your connection is working fine, despite providing them screenshots of speed tests done several times on tikona website for our internet connection. Also their helpline number offers only IVR options and no one is available to speak.

We have already stopped using their internet connection and we have switched off their router.

We are completely helpless and our hard earned money is blocked in this difficult times with this company.

Please provide any help or show us the right path to recover our money back.
