Tikona has the worst customer service team that i have ever come across in my life. My internet plan is getting expired on 6th June and i have being following up since mid May to get details but, no luck.

Auto generated mails are sent that I am on a plan that is auto renewed. I never accepted the auto renewal option. Who does this ?

Furthermore, the cost of my current plan which i paid for 6 months is now equivalent to 1yr. Who will agree to renew & there should be someone to talk about it too right. But, here no one is concerned. All they want is money. They take nearly 2 days to resolve a technical issue.

My award to them will be "Most pathetic ISP in India"

I have sent mail for cancellation too but, no response.

    Termination of connection

    Dear sir/Madam

    We have purchased tikona internet connection on 01 May 2021 for full year plan and paid 100% advance to them.

    From day one we are facing a lot of issues with the connectivity and due to lock down our work and children education is completely depend online, and it has become impossible to carry through for our requirements.

    We have mailed several times to tikona customer care for...

    Dear Sir,

    My tikona ID [protected]. I had subscribe 30 mbps plan but I am getting speed max 8 Mbps. I had submitted complaint so many times on email and mytikona app but proper resolution is not given. Engineer visit was assigned but Engineer were visiting after 2 days and not able resolving the issue.

    I am paying for 30mbps plan then speed must same as per the plan.

    Tikona is cheating to customer. Please help to resolve the issue.

    Speed test results is attached.

      2oct 2020 I was subscribe 1 year plan of tikona internet service by paying 6358rs cash to tikona sales agent with the speed of 40mbps. After few days i found an technical issue like packet loss, high ping. While gaming streaming and other data sending work. So i complaint in tikona customer care services on date of 11th nov 2020. Till now the same issue facing by me today the date is 25th may 2021 and they are saying the are trying to resolve problem. Now they are trying to say we dont give you refund no compensation and no resolvence what should i do waiting for more than 7months for the resolution. I need my money back until unless i have to go for the consumer court.Id [protected]

            Hi Tikona,

            I have been raising complaints on the app as tiknona services is not working.
            I was assigned an engineer who did not come to check and doesn't even answer the phone.

            Why tdid I pay you in advance if you are not rectifying the issue.

            I want you to pay me for the 6 days of loss at work including my 6 days salary

            When will you send a technician to get this issue resolved.

              Hi Sir, I have raised a request to close my internet connection on 16th Nov 2020 (User id -[protected] ). However, to date, nothing has been done. Tikona charging extra amount by not taking request/delaying it and have raised extra bills on us. Their customer care number doesn't work. no one receives the call. If we reply to customer care email we get only automatic replies that they are processing the request.
              I have got multiple calls from them asking the reason for disconnecting the service and still now my connection is in prepaid mode. Despite mentioning that in my closure request. The roof modem was used by 3 homes in the apartment and i called the tikona field officer to take the roof modem device, i got a reply it cannot be surrendered because other homes are using it. Now i got a mail from Tikona saying if i don't return the modem i will be charged extra and legal actions will be taken.
              Now they are requesting me to pay 3018rs for not to take legal action against me. Request you to take necessary action against the comapny.

                Good afternoon Sir,
                I am going through a tough situation now days and everybody is going as well. I have an issue with Tikona Service, i asked them to have a Wifi connection for my office purpose as i just joined a office. I requested them for a connection asap but they said it will take 3 days, then i receive a call stating that the agent is coming to take the payment..i requested him.to take the payment at the time of Installation. but he refused saying that company policy is not there. Please help sir.
                What i have mailed them i have written down, please have a look.

                Dear TIKONA members,
                I am Cancelling my subscription, Because of payment issue, as i requested the Agent to collect the amount at the time of installation. He refused to do so saying that it's not possible as per company policy. He insisted me to do the payment now or else Installation will not be done. I am in a mess now when i said payment will be done at the time of Installation than why he refused.
                I am very much disappointed by the service of Tikona will never refer my friends and family to Tikona.
                When a customer ia requesting to take the payment at the time of installaing, Company is not ready to take any action.

                  My name sachindra Bisht. Its been 10 days I have opted Tikona broadband with 40MBPS speed in Virar West. I was assured by tikona sales officer about speed. Whereas speed is pathetic. I am hardly getting 100 KBPS speed.
                  i have already paid for 6 month.

                  No help from customer care..everytime they ask for give 24 hrs, 48 hrs. But at the end issue is unresolved.

                  When I asked for my refund.They stopped responding to my query. worst experience ever.

                    I have made several calls to your customer care for disconnection request, they are not accepting my request. Every the customer care executive keep my call on hold & leave it for auto disconnection . Kindly note I am moving from my current address from this month, so remove my connection as soon as possible. Otherwise I will not be liable for any extra dues which you are famous for.
                    You are really disappointing your customers & this is unacceptable. Pathetic service ever😴😴

                      Hi,

                      This is regarding my tikona connection request id-[protected]. I have raised multiple request for disconnection but no reply was received.Then I received a call one day from tikona that my connection will be disconnected.

                      But still the outstanding amount is increasing everyday.I am not able to understand if am using prepaid connection then why you are increasing my outstanding.Even the customer care person says that if your connection is prepaid we cant take your disconnection request.Can you please explain if you cant disconnect then why u are increasing my outstanding?

                        I have relocated to other location on 26 Jan 2021. So i haven't used the tikona internet connection for the month of Jan 2021. You can check the data usage for this userid : [[protected]]

                        I have tried to raise the request for disconnection through the portal but i didn't find any option to
                        For disconnection in the portal https://selfcare.tikona.in

                        So spoke to the customer care representative to disconnect the connection from the beginning of Jan 2021 and also i have sent a request for disconnection through the mail to [protected]@tikona.in.

                        Daily i am getting 4 to 5 calls.

                        But now i am receiving a call to pay the bill including march 2021 (bill from 14 Jan 2021 to March 2021

                        Actually i paid the bill so far like prepaid service. I haven't used tikona services for the month of 26 January 2021 now they are asking for me to pay including March 2021.

                        While getting a connection i have paid the bills
                        5452 for 6 months + 1 month Free (If you are not taking router) (what's app chatting proof available)

                        Also one more thing to mention :-
                        At the time of relocation your sells executive (+[protected] said please close old connection and apply for new one. So I took new connection according to him.

                          I had frequent internet issues and due to that i was requested to cancel the connection in the month of December 2020. Because, i had very slow speed from November 16 to December 16. Technical person came from Tikona and changed the device still the issue persist after two days. I told them to cancel the connection and provide waiver for the period Nov 16 2020 to December 16 2020. but there was no response is received. I did a follow-up almost 10+ times but no response.

                          End of the day i decided to cancel the connection and sent email continousy on December 26 to 30. Again no response is received. so i stopped using connection on 30th December. I paid the due amount for this particular period also.

                          Now, they are asking me to pay additional money as they missed to respond me. Not sure why should i pay when they missed to respond. Kindly help me here.

                            I am using tikona wfi. Have subscribed to the quarterly plan. Internet connection was not working for 3 days for which I had raised a complaint. Later, engineer was assigned and he said has chnaged the device and it should work from tommorow. Since then internet is working so interruptly. Getting disconnect after every 5 mins. Every time i raised the compliant i got a call from executive stating we so some issues and will get resolved soon. Till date i haven't got the issue resolved. Since last 15 days i am getting this issue. I want issue to be fixed asap and need to extend this period of my package.

                              On 21 April 2021 Tikona customer care person call me from [protected] at 2.36 pm and asking for pay the due amount else they legal case on me and I paid immediately of Rs. 2232.67/- for non usage of data .The bill generating continuously after so many time ask them to stop tikona service as I am not using tikona. I want to refund my money.
                              I attached their last 4 bill where i not use their data, and made
                              payment after their fraud call.

                                Dear Team,

                                Firstly, TIKONA Agra is a FRAUDSTERS, SHAMELESS From Sales, Technical Team, Customer care since DAY 1 we were facing internet issues many times NO INTERNET, IF IT'S THERE FOR 0.19 TO 8 MBPS SPEED WHERE AS WE HAVE PAID FOR ONE YEAR and STOPPED USING INTERNET SERVICES ..THEY HAVE BEEN HARASSING US AND SHAMELESS TEAM IS NOT REFUNDING THOUGH ISSUE IS IN DAY AND HAD MANY CUSTOMER CARE CALLS AND E-MAILS.

                                As I and my wife are about to Sr Citizen who stay alone at our house at Agra, Many times your engineer visited which have caused harrassment to us at many times since DAY1 and we need to spend more than one hour on your engineer visit and many times with you (customer care, team at agra, different customer care or different teams executive reiterating it on calls, many times visited office at Agra) for such issues and there is no response from you till today since DAY 1 of connection about cancelling and refund (we have stopped using your internet services due to theses issues) for which have been sending the whatsapp speed screenshots to Rahul Sales, Customer care team and mails with Speedtest screenshots of very slow speed and No Internet along with very less range but there has been no response from you till today as asking since DAY 1 about cancellation/disconnection and full refund .

                                ++ Who is responsible for harassment being faced by us ?

                                ++ Who will be responsible for your person saying from Tikona as you frequently send your technician with no resolution, if we permit your technician frequently visits to my home if any mishappening caused to life or home ?

                                We don't need your services as asking from Day 1 to you and your team at Agra as we have visited your office and over phone many times.

                                As per confirmation for which we have recorded calls from RAHUL Sales Agra -

                                1) Recording call (24-Aug-20) where Rahul has confirmed before taking the connection that you will get v good speed of 25 mbps if you don't get this speed rest assured you will get full refund . Also will guide or tell you the alternatives to get the refund like Mathura transfer as we don't have Tikona there so you will get refund .

                                2) Recording call (25-Jan-21) - After following up with customer care team and called Rahul on 25-Jan-21 who again assured that i will get full refund and asked to send mail to CEO of Tikona .

                                Kindly get the connection cancelled and provide full refund as confirmed by Rahul, customer care team failing which i will be forced to approach consumer court or Social Media.

                                  Multiple times i had raised tickets and complaint on bandwidth, i have taken annual subscription on 20 Aug 2020. now when i have raised for disconnection they are not ready to disconnection or refund the balance amount. i had taken 60 MBPS plan and i have never got more than 25 MBPS when connection is good. and in feb i dint had a connection for more than 7 days. whenever i call to customer an autogenerated voicemail will come and call gets disconnected.
