Tikona — threatening and bad behaviour | |||
I have taken Tikona service in the month of November 2019 and paid 3 months in advance. After 1 month, I was not getting speed and raised several complaints but nothing has been resolved from their end. After my 3 months, they have raised another bill for 3 months and asking for payment. i told them I wont be continuing the service several time but the customer care people insisted and asked to give them a chance and I have exceeded 1 month but I did not get any better network. No they are sending multiple invoices with different amount. On 26th March at around 8:30 AM I got a call from one of the executive that I have to pay the amount and at 9:00 AM, they have sent an executive at my place. I have not opened my door since its a lockdown now and still they are sending people at home and threatening me about illegal action and police complaints and behaving rudely. I wrote a letter to their CEO mentioning the behavior of their employee and also mentioned I will pay the amount for 1 month. But the kind of harrassment the executives are doing is inexpiable . Please look into this matter as many of the Tikona user are feeling the same trapped in their fraud business. Was this information helpful? | |||

They didn't resolving my net problem since last 15 days and they didn't answer properly...today they didn't resolve it in 24hours
