[Resolved] Tikona — Threatening calls from narendra kalra's office | |||
I've been receiving calls from Narendra Kalra's Office about my Tikona Bill which as per them is due. I was a customer and due to no connectivity I'd asked them to close the connection and had sent a mail with all voice recording to their call center but all in vein. After 2 months a person called Mohammed Waseem Khan from Narendra Kalra's Office called and asked me to make a payment for 2 months within 30 mins otherwise he will hamper my CIBIL scores and file a criminal case and all my Govt Id's will be blocked. He was extermly rude and not ready to listen to what was the case. When I asked office address he become aggressive and told me that he will take all possible actions to ensure that I get affected the worst as possible. Whoever this person is representing Narendra Kalra's Office should not be entertained and Narendra Kalra's Office should have some educated people to listen and then make statements and stop Threatening people. I have all documents and voice calls made to Tikona to cancel my subscription but they have not done it. So its their fault. My consumer ID: [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Then register complaint again them online with department of telecommunication
