Tikona — Tikona Broadband neither Troubleshoot Technical Issues nor Disconnect Permanently | |||
This is with respect to Tikona Broadband User ID : [protected] (Babusapalya, Bangalore) I have been facing issues with Tikona Broad band Connection as mentioned below 1. Tikona Network does not get identified in my laptop and does not login at all. 2. After a long Struggle hardly it will get connected but later hangs and Net goes down. 3. Tikona Person suggested me to load Google Chroma or Mozilla to over come the problem which was not helpful to me. One of the Technician has come home but could not resolve the problem and later got call from Senior technician Srinivas ([protected]) which gave a assurance that will resolve the problem the next day or else will disconnect right away. The Next day he did not turn up to resolve the problem and when i called him on phone to check, his response was too unethical. When i called Tikona Customer care, they keep me waiting for 7-9 mins and by end of 7th-9th min again told me to wait for 1 more min which kept on repeating again and again. I tried calling Raghu ([protected]) who gave this connection ..even he did not pick my call. Finally i had send email to '[protected]@tikona.in'; 'j.[protected]@tikona.in' for which i only got Automatic reply but no progress on my disconnection. Was this information helpful? | |||
