Hi All, My tikona user id is [protected]. I called more than 30 times and send 30 mail to customer care. I am not getting any reply from your side. Customer Executive Thangaraja from SLV Enterprises he collected all the equipments(modem, powersupply and cables) at 12-June-2016. I had attached snapshot for CPE Removal letter. I had made the payment 620 at 18-Jul-2016. I am not using any tikona services after 12th June 2016. i got call from [protected](Mukesh) Tikona Advocate told you have to pay Rs 2650/- otherwise will file a case. Please check without using your service i paid for broadband. Then I paid payment Rs 2650/- immediately at Oct 24th 2016. Last week 29-Oct-2016. i had visited Tikona domlur branch.I spoke with santhosh.S(Employee id: 200980) regarding on this. He told My outstanding amount is Rs 1045/- but you have already paid Rs 2650/- on 24-Oct-2016. Please close the account, refund the amount Rs 1630/- and send NOC to me ([protected]@gmail.com) ASAP.
