[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona getting threat calls from legalcolls (tikona's recovery agents) | |
Many time on call, I told to close the account as none of the member are there on prescribed location because of covid 19. Tikono was not working properly hence I cleared dues after 1st or 2nd billing cycle and asked to closed. Please find details below: Billing Account Number:[protected] POS State: MH(27) User ID: [protected] I had talked to CC in the month of March only to closed this account as it was not working properly and another reason was my roommates and I moved to our hometown because of covid19 but there was no action has been taken by Tikona. Also, there was no option to close the account thru digital services they just want to suffer their customers. I just googled there were multiple instances about same. As my flatmates and I are out of station since March and haven't used Tikona and asked to CC to closed the account still they are asking to pay the dues I think which is not correct.
