[Resolved]  Tikona — tikona - one of the most pathetic and worst network and services

Hey,

I've been a tikona since like from last 5 years even use there high end plan, it seem there service actually now just getting worst day by day. It kind of now become my daily schedule to call them about speed or either keep switching on off my adapter just to get some speed. All im askin is constant speed. Is it that hard? And i get constant disconnection, speed fluctuation. I had engineer visit several time but they seems to do just temporary fix. They gave this fake assurances that this will get fixed in next blah blah hours and its all #. It ain't the first time, its been months. All they do is just register complains. I already had two complains with them in processing status and i don't know when they actually going to resolve them. To be honest the way they actually treating their customers won't going to take them much further. I already started looking for alternative. Even planned to post the very same thing in consumer forum. This company seriously don't deserve anything that coming to them.
