User id :- [protected] is facing a lot of issues regarding the internet speed. The problem is persistent since 3 months or more and it is still not resolved, the engineer visits my place and every time he says the problem is from the back end, there is no speed from the back end, every time i make the complain and every time the process is the same, i get a call from your call center, engineer visits the site, he says the problem is in the back end and end of story. Then i have to complain again, again the same procedure. I am regretting right now taking the tikona connection, in spite of paying 2000 rs a month i am not getting the proper service than what is the point of keeping the connection. I am sick and tired of it now. Its better you resolve the problem or i will be disconnecting the connection, as of it is proving good for nothing.

I think if a company is really concern on customer complaints, it doesn't take more than few minutes to fix the issue. You still really have courage to reply that "resolution is in process" even after 13 days of the complaint.
I still can't use the services even after requesting customer care to fix it multiple times. Everytime I call customer care, reply is that it would take 24hrs to resolve . Not sure, when this 24 hrs would be completed.
It's really a long wait . I have decided now to end my relationship with Tikona .
Please refund the advance rental paid and close this complaint.
