tikona - one of the most pathetic and worst network and services

Hey,

I've been a tikona since like from last 5 years even use there high end plan, it seem there service actually now just getting worst day by day. It kind of now become my daily schedule to call them about speed or either keep switching on off my adapter just to get some speed. All im askin is constant speed. Is it that hard? And i get constant disconnection, speed fluctuation. I had engineer visit several time but they...

As i have used six months services of tikona and i have stopped using from the month of may and i have sent mail of cancellation of my services but they didnt take mail into consideration. And today i receive a legal notice from halai & co. Tikona has no right of harassing their customers. I have paid the exact amount as it was said in legal notice. Even when i call from my registered number to tikona customer care they are not receiving and replying that they will call you within 48 hours. But no call at all. Kindly cancel my services and if you dont then i will take legal action regarding this. Today also i have send mail regarding termination of my services.

    It been 20 days since i'm complaining about network drop, low speed but all i got is false promises. When i have asked for the refund i have been told that there is no refund policy (Irrespective of their services). I have made at least 50 calls in 20 days but no action has been taken by tikona. I have also emailed my issue to senior people there but no one has the courtesy to call me back. I feel miserable now hence writing my experience here so that i can save a couple of people from being cheated.

      Called customer care and requested for ownership transfer o[censored]ser id [protected] on 6th sep. I have been told that it would need deletion o[censored]ser id [protected] and team will create new i'd and activate. I gave my consent and team de-activated the connection.

      It's now almost 10 days and i am still waiting to have a broadband activation at my home. New user id created [protected] and i have been told to make a payment of rs 767/- on 15sep which i did on the same day but it seems still this new user id has not been activated.

      I called customer care mutiple times and requested for escalation points but it seems no one was interested in giving the call to managers/team leaders and even not bothered to provide me escalation emais ids.

      This is really a pathetic customer care i ever been experienced.

      Please activate the new connection ([protected]) immediately otherwise pay for all mental harassment and make my losses good

      Tikona team was in a call with me to fix the issue online for almost half an hour and get that resolved. This was after I requested for permanent closure of my connection, if the issue can't be resolved immediately... Suggestion - Company needs to be active and should achieve the SLA to re-solve the tickets. Customer can't wait for days for resolution...

      I think if a company is really concern on customer complaints, it doesn't take more than few minutes to fix the issue. You still really have courage to reply that "resolution is in process" even after 14 days of the complaint.

      I still can't use the services even after requesting customer care to fix it multiple times. Everytime I call customer care, reply is that it would take 24hrs to resolve . Not sure, when this 24 hrs would be completed.

      It's really a long wait . I have decided now to end my relationship with Tikona .

      Please refund the advance rental paid and close this complaint.

        I am having trouble with tikona broadband from last 1 month i am facing connection problem there customers care senior people says that don't worry about it sir will look out this problem but they don't please help me consumer forum they are harassing me like anything i am fed up with the service what they are providing me horrible kind of customer service they are providing they told me that they will send technician but there technicians are fraud they don't come to customer home but what they show to there system that we went to customer home and the door was locked what the heck when they came to my house? They are blaming me that i was not there horrible without contacting me they mentioned that in there system also there customer care people o my god they people are like so smart they will talk to me like they are going to fix my problem on the phone only so smoothly they will talk but just after end of the conversation they will forget your complaints i have a request to this forum please do something so they understand that customers have the right to go to the forum and complaints against this kind of organisation.

          I was using tikona services from last 4 years. This is the second time, i am facing the same issue. I had a service issue from tikona where my internet was not working for 15 days. So i have asked them to deduct the amount of 15 days and regenerate the bill. They agreed to deduct the bill but i had not recieved any regenerated bill. Instead they had added late payment fees of rs. 200 for not paying the bill. Afterwards they agreed to deduct the amount of rs. 200 which was the late payment fees. I have spend so much of energy behind their executives on phone as well as on my door (At home).? What was the use
          N now i have got a call from mukesh tripathi who claims that he is the lawyer from delhi court and intimidating me to pay the bill within 30 mins. [protected] is his no. This behaviour is not at all acceptable
          Really dissapointed with tikona services. The way they treat their customers. I have personally given them so many refrences & now only few r continuing with them because of this behaviour.

            I have been facing issues of automatic disconnections and poor internet services from tikona from the new connection exist. And i have been regularly calling them to fix the issue and made a number of calls, spending about 3 rs per each call to ask them fix the issue.in spite of poor services they call me on regular basis to pay the bills which i am unwilling to pay as i never enjoyed their services nor did i get the services when i really needed them. I have spent about 400 rs just on calls to fix the internet and hours talking them to resolve the issue. I am frustrated with all these and i need a proper resolution from tikona if not a disconnection at least so i do not get any calls from them hereafter.

              Dear all,
              First of all i would like to say don't renew your tikona plan because
              1) you will not get after sales service.

              2) you might have experience customer care number which is always on automatic mode.
              If you are lucky your call will be transferred to customer care.

              3) internet speed - out of 7 days in week, 5 days u get speed at snell lever. Below average speed.

              4) the device they installed like tikona machine, wire, adopter all are worst quality.

              5) lasty when you call customer care, they always try to say your problem will be solved in 24hrs but regret to say 24hrs never completes, it might runs in to 48hrs, 96 hrs and my experienced is 6 days. But still they have not solved problem.

              I dont know why tikona looting common man. They only want money.
              Due to above tikona is losing market share in internet service in all major cities.

              TODAY I RECEIVED CALL FROM CUSTOMER CARE AND SORRY TO SAY... THEY HAVE INFORMED ME TO WAIT FOR 1 MONTH FOR GETTING BETTER SPEED FOR INTERNET.

              First they gave 24 hrs, than 48hrs, 76 hrs, 96 hrs than again 24 hrs, 48 hrs and now 1 FULL MONTH

              I WILL SHARE CORDING IF ANYBODY WANTS..

              PLEASE DONT RENEW OR BUY TIKONA PLAN..AS THEY ARE JUST HARASSING COMMON PEOPLE .

              Tikona care might have read above message and called me again...

              they informed me the malad east ridhhi siddhi building tower machine needs to replaced with new one and for this one full month required.

              When i asked what is the status of new machine..they replied they are searching in the market.

              Tikona care i just want to understand you dont have INVENTORY OF MACHINE in your godown.

              how fool they are making to customer one can understand from the above..

                I have been facing issues of automatic disconnections and poor internet services from tikona from the past few months and i have been constantly sending them emails to fix the issue and made a number of calls, spending about 3 rs per each call to ask them fix the issue.in spite of poor services they call me on regular basis to pay the bills which i am unwilling to pay as i never enjoyed their services nor did i get the services when i really needed them. I have asked for permanent disconnections and they are unwilling to disconnect my services saying we will give waiver off in the next bill cycles. I have already opted for a different isp. I have been banned from playing games on steam due to constant disconnections and also lost on junglee rummy due to these disconnections. I have spent about 300 rs just on calls to fix the internet and hours talking them to resolve the issue. I am frustrated with all these and i need a proper resolution from tikona if not a disconnection at least so i do not get any calls from them hereafter.

                  I requested you to disconnect my connection 3 months ago. I called like 3-4 times for that. But you guys denied and requested me to continue the connection by promising better connectivity. I subscribed 6mbps unlimited plan for 799rs. But never experienced connection speed at least 1mbps (That too twice in a month, rare) and now after complaining like multiple times, you guys didn't disconnect my connection. I started not using it, but bill still continue to be raise monthly. After two month of not paying the unwanted bill, i started to receive regular phone calls. Twice or thrice in a day. Your representatives started to threatened me.

                  And now i am receiving very harsh calls from your field executives. I have all the recordings.

                  I am very upset from your responses and services and i will never recommend tikona to anyone.

                    I am using this broadband network since 2 years and in this 2 years i have faced lots of issues like network was not proper, login problems and speed issues.
                    All the time they fixed issues for shorter span.
                    I have called them many times.

                    Yesterday i spoke with one sr. Executive. I told him that i want to shut off my connection he convinced me for 15 mins to give me 24 hr and i'll surely resolve your problems.
                    He told me that engineer will come in between 10a. M -6p. M.. I told him that time is not possible for me because of office. So for their convenience i told him i'll take an off tomorrow so that engineer will come at 4.
                    I told him that im taking off on tomorrow so engineer has to come and he assured me that engineer will come definitely.
                    But today at 3p. M. I got call from technical desk and he told me to do that speed test. If i have to do that i should have done that yesterday only. And then he also told me same i'll appoint an engineer for you. I have wasted my whole day for tikona.

                    Please i really want you to take a look into my complaint and please do the needful.
                    I really want tikona get banned.

                    They not only igonre their customer view but also make fake promises that they will resolve everything

                    Finally...
                    I tried to contact tikona so many times but these people have not responded.
                    For this reason finally i decided to discontinue my service...
                    Your fake commitment, tikona people told me the engineer has been assigned to you but as usual he didn't come.
                    This happened for 5-6 times. When they told me that the engineer will come for sure but tikona is good with their fake commitments.
                    When i told tikona that i finally fed up with you and decided to discontinue the service they ignored me like hell...
                    After doing complaint over here i got the net speed of 1 mbps where i opted for a plan of 6mbps.
                    All 45 gb are still as it because of their third grade net speed ... But still because tikona's continuously calling me i paid the whole bill of rs 640 ...
                    As usual i have wasted my money over tikona.
                    I really feel tikona should be banned for their fake commitments and ignoring their customer.
                    I have attached the image where it shows the actual third grade speed of tikona.
                    Please i really want refund.
                    I have wasted my money without using it.

                      I have called so many times to your customer care regarding the disconnection of my service with user id [protected].. I have stopped using the service from april 8th of 2017 and have told your customer representatives numerous time to disonnect my service.. However no one came to collect the cables and adopter.. i raised an issue stating i need my service disconnected on priority as i have been receiving e bills for 0 data usage and that i have changed my address with complaint number 1-[protected] but still i am receiving e bills even for the month of may to june.. and today i recieved a call from a person named Mukesh Sharma stating himself as an advocate at Delhi session court chamber 21, threatening me that if i do not pay Rs 2858 within half an hour he is going to file a lawsuit against me...How can you do that without giving me a prior laywer notice, more than that the person was not able to speak even a single word in english and was deeply knowledged about how to make online payment to tikona..

                      on 19 sep i received an email from tikona stating i will receive a full and final settlement bill on next cycle which is 6 october 2017... However today again someone named Hardeep kaur called me stating she is a laywer from tis hazari court delhi chamber #34.. the call was from the number[protected]...she threatened me that if i don't pay Rs.1760 within half an hour she is going to file a case and an arrest warrant will be issued against me.. do u think its funny to harass common people like this..on one side tikona is sending me an email stating i will be provided with full and final settlement and on the other side this so called lawyers are asking me to disregard your email.

                        Worst internet connection. Speed is never constant, keeps on dropping. Have complained about the same issue several times but still the same it keeps happening. Costumer service is also bad. U have to just wait and wait to register a complaint. I even tried to stop the service and called the helpline to request for deactivation, but all in vain. I had to speak to different costumer care providers for over 30 minutes, who where of no help and just kept on transfering my call from one individual to other. Finally i was so fed up that i had to hang up. I hate this broadband connection

                          My user id [protected] is facing a lot of issues regarding the internet speed. The problem is persistent since 11 months or more and it is still not resolved, the engineer visits my place and every time he says the problem is from the back end, there is no speed from the back end, every time i make the complain and every time the process is the same, i get a call from your call center, engineer visits the site, he says the problem is in the back end and end of story. Then i have to complain again, again the same procedure. I am regretting right now taking the tikona connection, in spite of paying...

                          We are not using your service again time and all people please be careful. You do not cheat again time not use tikona broadband services

                            Its more than 5 years when i have stopped using tikona connection but i am still getting the emails and the sms to rechare my connection.. Despite several reminders to stop these emails, i am continuously getting various emails and sms from tikona regarding top up recharge etc.

I am getting these calls from number[protected] with some woman (Priyanka) on the other end stating herself as an advocate from civil court. Despite clearing all the charges against tikona way before, i am still getting these calls (Today at 11:35 am) asking to pay rs. 2770 by 12pm.
                              Or else the documents that you once submitted to tikona will be banned and you wont be able to use them in future. (Dl in my case).
                              Please resolve the issue as i have terminated my service way long ago and cleared all the dues.

                                For the past 10 months i have not been using tikona and called for disconnection. With one of your people coming and taking the last payment and calling customer care for disconnection but till now i'm still getting messages to pay my bill or a case will be registered.                                   My name is bhavesh rampal and my user id is [protected].

                                  I got tikona connection on 27th aug 2017 and paid full amount for 1 year subscription.

                                  On the day of connection i informed the executive that there is shortage of connection wire but your executive promised that wire will be changed and will be replaced with the new one along with the required length within a day or two but after that more then 15 days has gone and no one has turned up from tikona side to replace the connection wire.

                                  I called up kalyan area manager mr. Amitesh mishra ([protected]) and he was least interested in my request and wanted me to remind him again and again for the same issue. I am surprised to see a manager behaving in such a way.

                                  I called up mr. Rajkumar yadav ([protected]) who sits in your bhandup registered office and he assured to help but still there is no help received.

                                  Kindly inform why a customer should be harassed for poor customer service from tikona company. I am pretty much disappointed with the way your area managers behave after taking money from customer.

                                  Kindly inform the way forward and action taken on the behavioral issues of area managers or else kindly return my money back (Full amount) and disconnect the service.

                                    User id :- [protected] is facing a lot of issues regarding the internet speed. I am regretting right now taking the tikona connection, in spite of paying 2000 rs a month i am not getting the proper service than what is the point of keeping the connection. I am sick and tired of it now. Its better you resolve the problem or i will be disconnecting the connection, as of it is proving good for nothing.

                                      It is being 24 days to done my payment and there is no solution from the comapny. I had a technical issue and i had also reported the problem to the customer care but they didn't solve my problem. They had said that there is device upgradation in my area and they had called me 2 times for engineer visit but they didn't come and after 6 days it si going to be 1 month from the date of paymnet they irritate the customer too much
