[Resolved] Tikona — Unable to access Internet | |||
Hi, I am unable to access internet past 10 days.After calling many times on customer care they haven't provide any solutions yet.After forcing so much they assigned Enginner to visit but since 03 days no one came to resolve issue. and also sent an email to CEO prakash.[protected]@tikona.in; [protected]@tikona.in and customer care still no response. I realized that still consumers dont have any rights in India. This is my horrible experience in my life time. Please don't try the internet connection given by this company they know how to cheat & frustrate the customer only. The customer care of tikona is world's worst service I ever seen.
