Tikona — unethical billing, fraud charges & no response | |||
I have recently received a legal notice from tikona stating that i have not paid rs. 1392.00/-, in the notice it states that i have to pay charges and return the equipments which i had received at time of installation. Now when i called and cancelled the service with tikona they told me someone from their company will come and pick up the equipment but no one ever came. I have raised several complains by calls and email but they do not response or no one ever comes to pick up the device. They keep on sending bills and every time i got a bill i raised a complain but yet again no response. They are charging me rs.1392.00/- for the device which is with me and which they never came to pick up... This is the most ridiculous thing i have ever come across... For billing and sending legal notice they have time and people but not to respond to any complains. I need resolution for this issue asap if i don't here from tikona i am going to make sure that i go to police to file fraud with this ridiculous company! Please ensure to send someone to pick up the device and get this bill completely cleared as this isn't my fault that no one from tikona is coming to pick up the device which they care so much for!
