Tikona — Unnecessary bill imposed and now threatening calls for payments | |||||
Hello Sir, My Tikona User ID is [protected]. I had been bearing poor services of tikona during the month of June, July, August and September, 2015. In which for approximately one month (around 25th July to 28th Aug), I was unable to even access the internet due to Tikona's faulty modem and connection. Despite of numerous (more than 20-25)calls to Tikona customer care and several complaints and termination requests, neither the problem was solved within time nor the termination request was accepted. I requested waiver for around one month for which services were not at all accessible. But, all my waiver request were declined without any proper reason. Then after I stopped using Tikona's services. During the subsequent 3 months they levied late payment charge Rs.100/- per month and raised bill amount from Rs.1202/- to Rs.1502/-. Now, I am getting a call from Mr. Sandeep Sinha (+91-[protected]) who is introducing himself as an advocate in mumbai court and he is asking me to pay rs.1502/- immediately otherwise rs. 22000/- penalty will be levied. He is also saying that in case of NO service usage he will get me 60% amount refunded. And now Tikona is not responding to me on phone call or emails. I just want to get unnecessary charges removed and pay the remaining bill. Tikona has harassed me mentally and wasted my lot of time. Despite of your assurance on this thread of resolving this issue, I have not received any call or email or even your further reply on this forum.
Instead, I got next bill by email from your billing department, which has again added rs. 100/- and now you guys have increased the amount to Rs. 1602/-.
This is really poor and unexpected behaviour from TIKONA Customer Care.
Please resolve the issue ASAP. and reply on this forum within 48 hours.
Then after I will gonna head towards Consumer Court.

After patienceful wait of more than 3 weeks for completing the process of my CPE recovery and full and final calculation of my account, I have again ended with no response from your side (Neither on email nor on phone call).
Instead, I again got a call, this time from a girl naming herself Archna(on behalf of Tikona's advocate) and asking me to pay the whole amount Rs.1602/- or she gonna file a case in Tees Hazari court, Delhi.
This is really too frustrating. How poor your services & processes are!!!
