[Resolved] Tikona — Want static ip or port number of my tikona browser

Actually i need static ip or port number of tikona browser for to view my cctv camera online but in commercial department. One of executive m/s preeti was not answering and said server is down. So, kindly resolve my problem either i will go to consumer forum. And i call them again in this time i call to technical team even they aren't answering to me.
