[Resolved]  Tikona — Want to close my tikona connection and communicated this but they are not doing.

My Request NO-1-[protected].( in tikona office) I brought this tikona service for MAY'2015. i paid for first two month ie for May and June. This is prepaid service. They sent me July month bill on 26th of June. which I paid. So in a way i have paid complete bill. Then in july month i told them to close my connection. They did not do it. In August month i again told them numerous time to close my account, but they did not do it. instead of this they send me AUGUST month bill. I have told them many times please close the account and take your router but now they have sent me September month prepaid bill. Please help me to resolve this issue and close my account. Their customer care and whole service is worst in all aspect. Note: in August Month, i told them i will pay august month bill though i am not using it. but they did not close it now they have made a bill of 2400 including September month bill. The worst case of all they all the time ask money and do not even to required full work. they have not given me a single request.
