I like to inform you that my tikona user Id [protected] is put on holding period for 3 months from 15 Feb 20015. Since 15 Feb I never used Tikona broadband service. After completion of 3 months holding period Your service is auto started and When I come to know about this I immediately call customer support for disconnection. Despite this they don't disconnect for a month. After a month they told me to change plan not to disconnect. What's going on when I told to disconnect than your Co. rather disconnecting my service they continue for month. and after that they disconnect and send bill of 2 months, what a pathetic this is. When I m in hold period I already paid my 3 months holding bill of 200 Rs. so now how I can going to pay bill for 2 months for which I don't use your service. Its company's fault that first they don't discontinue my service for a month and second they send me 2 months bill. Which I never use. After Yesterday your executive call us and tell us to pay after that she close the account and she process refund request. the executive name is harminkur and her no. is [protected]. but still not get any update and she is not come on the phone pleas help me out for this.

    I had requested to disconnect on June 2015 connection user ID ([protected]) due to frequent disconnection Since May 2015. Since then I have called the Tikona support multiple times on numerous occasions to have my issue resolved and to disconnect my services. However, the Tikona support representative keeps on informing that you will receive a call or service engineer will visit your place ASAP. But I Had waited almost 2 months to get issue resolved but no support provided. It has been more then 4 month and I am still receiving emails and messages stating to pay the amount of 1729, even though I have not used the services since June 2015. Now i am gating calls to my family members also for paying the same. This is not good. Also i am getting Demand Notice from your side for paying the due amount.

      Tikona ID : [protected] Name : Inzamam Hussain. I have taken Tikona broadband on 31/05/2015 and the installation was done within 24hours of my call however after a few days my services were just useless and connection not at all working properly multiple disconnection requests placed and still no resolution and I am getting billed for the internet usage which I am unable to use I request a quick cancellation of the services as soon as possible. Contacting the customer services is useless as they say the internet is working and but i pay for 2 mbps and get less than 0.7mbps and ping latency of 3000+ms. SO the internet connection is useless practically and there have been multiple engineer visits which have not resolved the issue for the disconnection request I placed on 1/9/2015 i received an email on 6/9/2015 advising if I use my Internet the disconnection request will be void however that is cheating I was not informed about this and the broadband did nit work properly either. This is the worst provider I have came across having to use 3g on my phone to do some work on my PC as the broadband does not works... please Disconnect my services as soon as possible and having to pay for something which I do not use. Worst Worst Worst broadband and added to that a customer services that does not help and tries to help. Have sent numerous email to which no one responds and people keep calling me on my mobile phone even when I have advised them not to call me on my mobile as I am not allowed to take calls at work but still people call me on my mobile and keep cancelling my connection requests. Tikona is only about false promises and cheating it was one of the worst decision in my life to take Tikona broadband. Please please please anyone reading my post do not ever make the mistake of taking tikona broadband. they are simply cheaters and cheaters.

        Last 3 months we have been calling Tikona and telling that we are unable to connect internet.Each and every time they say that your issue will be resolved within 24 hours.Yes, it gets resolved for few hours but next again we face the same problem.It was like a daily task for us to call Tikona and get the issue resolved. Sometime they used to send engineer to fix the problem. They were unable to fix the issue.Last time engineer left by saying that he will be coming tomorrow and fix the problem.But since then we have not seen him.So remains unresolved.Finally we decided to close the connection and submitted a request for the same.But after few days when we call help desk to know the status of our request.I was shocked when the said that request got closed automatically due to some system issue.Then I dropped a mail to help desk to close the connection. It has been more than 4 days, still we have not received any reply.So our connection is still active, we get call from Tikona to pay our due amount but they don't bother to fix the problem. please help us to close the connection as we are not getting any response fromTikona.

            NEVER BUY TIKONA INTERNET. Fraud & Worst ever internet service by Tikona Digital Networks. At the time of demo they will show you excellent speed but after installation it never works. I called more than 50 times to customer care and have more than 25 complaint numbers but customer care does not even bother it.               Customer number: [protected] My internet connection is down since 5 days and each time I call I am told that the "issue will be resolved in 8 hours" since something is " wrong with their tower" . It has been 120 hours since my first call and I am yet to hear from them. My last call was made today morning and when I demanded that the matter be escalated or a technician be sent immediately, I was told that it will be done. But in keeping with Tikona's terrible record in customer service, which is only matched by its poor internet connection, I am yet to get any response from them. Moreover in the month of June, a similar problem persisted for 10 days and I was told that i would get a rebate in my next bill for being without internet service for so long. However despite following up on the matter with several emails and telephone calls, each time I get an automated email from Tikona that says "you are not eligible for a rebate". I fail to understand, when I am paying Rs 850 per month, and am made to go without internet for half of the period, my rebate also should be at least Rs 280. And that is not including the several hundreds rupees I spent making countless futile calls to their inefficient and unprofessional customer care. I am extremely disappointed by Tikona's poor service and internet connect and regret taking their package in the first place.

                Dear Tikona Team, After using your service for a period exceeding one year, I wanted a disconnection due to service issues. Trying to make a complaint for my internet not working was such a tedious task for the customer, still you people havent acted well upon repeated complaints resulting in termination of services. But there is one thing you people were consistent upon: FOLLOWING UP FOR PAYMENTS. This is to bring to your notice that even after submitting a disconnection request 20 days earlier followed up with your people collecting the entire amount due and then putting down the router(disabling it) a week ago, I am getting payment calls. This has been an unnecessary disturbance; kindly get your people to collect the device and stop any further calls.                   I had taken a connection in Pune. i disconnected the same in the month of April 2015 because i was permanently shifting out of Pune. When i called the company call center for termination, i told the reason of my termination that i will be leaving Pune by end of the month of April. However, i was not told at that point of time, that I have to submit any device to the company. I got a mail from Tikona at end of the month of May that i need to submit some device. I again called the call center asking them that what should i do since i have shifted out and there is no way to submit the device. I was told to send a mail to the company which i did and i got a reply saying that my request has been accepted and i will get a call within 72 hours which i never did. Then i got a mail of demand notice asking to pay an mount of 1200 rupees. I again called the call center and i was told to ignore the mail which i did. Then in July i got a mail asking for payment of 418 rupees. Again i called the call center and again i was told to ignore the mail. End of August again i got a mail for payment of 418 rupees with due date if 10 september. I got tired of the mails and decided to pay the amount of 418 rupees which i did but today i got a threatening call from Rekha Chauhan who said a case has been registered against me in Delhi on a Saurday afternoon. I fail to understand that the cause of action arose in Pune and i had taken the connection in Pune and my registered address is Pune. Is it even legal to register a case in Delhi that also on a Saturday afternoon. Rekha Chauhan was extremely rude and crude and she had no sense of communication. She threatened me that ill have to come to Delhi to fight my case. When i told her that i have made the payment inspite of me not availing any service at all. I called the call center every time i got a mail from the company and i was told to ignore the mails. My service was terminated in April still i was getting mails to make payments. Inspite of that i did make the payment of 418 rupees but Rekha Chauhan still threatened of a case being registered against me. Please help me out since the company call center refuses to pick my calls and i am getting threat calls from different numbers everytime

                    This is to bring in your notice how i am getting cheated and harrased By Tikona . I wasted my money and time . I got mentally harassed by them I took the connection on Oct 2014 and for many months after getting worst connection experience i asked them for a disconnection. I gave disconnection request on May 2015. Still they keep sending bills to me, when i call them they said me to ignore the bill, they said they are automated bills, , as i havent used the their service and i already given disconnecton request .After giving multiple requests(Many calls and mail) and several follow ups they didnt give me any proper resolution. Finally around after 2 months they send me a termination mail on July and Now in August they send me a Demand Notice from [protected]@tikona.in mail id. And this is not the end, today i received a call ([protected]) who was claiming he is from delhi and is a lawyer, he is threatening me and saying if i am not paying the amount they will send arrest warrant against me. I wasted my money and time . I got mentally harassed by them My Tikona Account No:m[protected] User Id : [protected] They cant provide good service to the customer .                     I too get Harassed by the same number [protected] today .. I think Tikona is cheating all over. I too face the same issue.

                    I got 4mbps connection but I get only 250kb and most of time it will be zero kb, whenever we call customer care they will take 15 mins to pick the call,

                    After picking the call, they will say our technical team is working on it, after 3 days/5 days they will say, we have fixed the issue and starting using it, we will monitor for some time and later they will say we are observing so use more. Atlast they will say you have used then pay the bill.

                    Hence i called on customer care, intimate to cancel the my broad band connection.
                    They take my request.
                    Later consequently i was getting bill which i was not used.
                    later customer care followed on mobile to pay money.
                    I intimated the same that i was already raised request, i did not used for 2 months they charged me.

                    He used bad words, harsasing saying if you dont pay the money(which i dont used)
                    He will going to file case, i have to come to Delhi
                    Police will come to my house to arrest me.

                    When Tikona says they are looking into this matter, these are just lies. Tikona kept sending me bills even after I disconnected the service. When I called Customer Care, they assured me it was a mistake. They apologized and said they would rectify this immediately. Then after two months (the bills still kept coming), a legal notice email was sent to me. Then some threatening calls followed. Then when I told Customer Care that I have to now go to the police regarding this matter, they immediately apologized and sent someone to take away the equipment. Today I got this call from the famous Mukesh Sharma mentioned frequently on this page, Mobile number [protected] saying the case is going to the magistrate. He threatened me with all kinds of dire consequences. I have made the payment which was illegally being charged to me, mainly out of disgust. I do not expect anything to happen because of this complaint. I would like to ask everyone reading this to actively report these incidents to everyone looking for a broadband connection, so that they avoid Tikona at any cost. I will ensure, from my side, that nobody I know will ever use Tikona.

                    I am getting calls repeatedly from some advocate name Mukhesh or Manish number - [protected] saying he is going to file a case. Repeated harassing calls from TIKONA.

                    Team TIKONA, Can I get any clarification from your end, what is going on?
                    After my complain, till date I have not received any MAILS or CALLs from TIKONA.
                    Is this the way you people are earning money, by harassing and threatening people?
                    By blocking users from your FACEBOOK page, if someone is complaining about your service.

                    Can I expect any intimation from TIKONA team? otherwise I am seriously going to file a case for harassing and threatening unnecessarily and I am sure there are lot many people who are facing same problems because of TIKONA.
                    I got a call from [protected], the person told that he is a lawyer, and a case has been filed against me because i have not payed the bill. the real thing is that we called the tikona customer care and told them to disconnect the internet well before the billing cycle ended. but they did not terminate the connection, and now this is harassing me day in and day out, one lady called before claiming to be his assistant, and threatened me that she will block by bank account(yes you heard it right), and block my driving license.

                      Hello Sir/Madam, I had requested to disconnect by Tikona Broadband connection user ID ([protected]) due to extremely slow speed and frequent disconnection on July 26 2015. Since then I have called the Tikona support multiple times on numerous occasions to have my issue resolved and to disconnect my services. However, the Tikona support representative keeps on informing that you will receive a call and always force me to continue using the services. It has been more that a month now and I am still receiving emails and messages stating to pay the monthly amount of 1128, even though I have not used the services since July 26 2015. Their customer service has been the worst I have experienced as there were many times the agents would hang up the call. Please assist as I am just requesting to stop my Tikona services and request an engineer to take away the LAN cable from my home, which is really creating much inconvenience to me. Regards.                         One of the biggest mistake in my life is getting registered to get the broad band service from Tikona on 9th Aug 2015, My User ID: [protected].Later using for 2 days, I started to face many difficulty accessing the login page and using the internet connection and I have registered so many complaints but it was not fixed. Every day I used to call the customer service 5-10 time [protected] to register the service issue complaint, nobody is bothered to provide me any sort of answer. They just provide a standard answer wait for 8 hrs somebody will visit your place to fix the issue. But the strange part is that no one from your side is approaching our house to fix the issue till date.

                        I had called for a tikona DEMO ONLY and was pressured to get the connection with all false hopes and promises of being provided door step assistance in case something went wrong. Within 7 days of getting the connection I had already made up my mind for disconnection due to extremely worst service.You did not send a technician for a technical fault for last one week and still expect me to continue when I ask you about my disconnection status.
                        I can’t even blame only people working for their customer service, it simply seems to be an issue with the management and not only customer services. It is tactic of not letting customers leave.
                        Customer satisfaction is none of their concern, they just won't help the Customer.
                        Kindly take this issue to complaint further and help us to close the connection and to get my refund.

                          Hi all, I'm continuously being forced to pay monthly bill even I'm not using the services. Moreover The disconnections order was accepted by tikona, even then they are charging and the amount goes on increasing.                                 Want to close my tikona connection and communicated this but they are not doing.

The payment was made on[protected] and have not even used the service. We were informed to wait for another 7days and since then, Tikona Services has only bought time from us without any further information of our refund status.

I was facing poor connectivity and speed of tikona broadband from May 2015. after multiple requests it was not resolved and I decided to raise a disconnection request in July 2015. Initially I could not attend their 3 calls as I was out of station and I called their customer care number and informed that still the connection is poor and i'm unable to connect to internet. The executive told I will get call regarding my disconnection request but did not received a call. I tried to their customer care 10 to 15 times but no one attending the call even after waiting for 10 minutes over toll call. Now I'm receiving bills to pay for the service which I stopped using from 25th August. Can you please send me a FULL and FINAL Bill, considering the non usage period?

                                    I m a pune resident.I have heard about Tikona services and thought of opting your flexible plans.Fir one whole week I tried to contact you service providers here in Pune, but it's very poor on yours and sad on the customer's part that no contact was ever initiated.Your service providers don't receive calls neither they respond to the request made.
                                    Being a new customer, I had some queries regarding my long term plans.I m very sorry to say but your services are not worth recommending.I should have learnt about your poor services by reading low profile reviews by fellow users on your website.If I am experiencing such a poor standard of treatment at the very beginning, I can imagine your future gestures.

                                      Probably the worst service ever. The company doesn't pick my calls, do not reply to my mails and now i cannot even see my account details on selfcare tikona.
                                      And the fake legal calls have started to harass me now.
