Seeking an urgent and very serious invention as not getting a response and support from such a worst and careless company in the telecommunications/isp industry even after reaching out to a ceo, mr. Prakash bajpai. I'm really so much surprised to see heights of carelessness and lack of response even after reaching out to a ceo for such critical issues we had with tikona broadband connection. We were supposed to be a customer who trusted tikona and paid 6 months' pricing (Rs.4600) in one go. I purchased a 60 mbps plan and speed is never more than 30 mbps. I want a full refund of my service, this is no use to me. If you don't know how to treat and serve the customers, then shut down your offices and services.in these emergency situations, the internet is the only hope. You guys can't provide even that as well.
