Tikona — Worst service | |||||
We have availed Tikona services since last 1 year and more. We have been complaining to the customer service support each and every day regarding the speed issues of the internet. Since DAY 1, I have not received full speed as per my plan. No engineer attends at our location, they just pick up the call, register the complain and forget about the promise of giving customwer satisfaction in real. I have 3 connections with Tikona and this is the top most mistake of me that I have been fallen prey to them in Internet services. Due to speed issues, we have complained to them via e-mail, phone that we want to cancel the connection that is user ID : [protected]. Still that is running!!! The other connection that is running user ID : [protected] which is equivalent to dead internet speed. I have complained numerous times, but I have not received any satisfactory response. Let me tell you, we are running an online department for shopping online. We need the best internet service in order to cope-up with the competitions. We rely on Tikona for the speed, but they fail to deliver the promises. I would request to the concern person to look after the issues that are worst.
