Hello Tikona.
As you said we sent complaint email with reference # TIKJU2841 to [protected]@tikona.in. For that we have NOT received any response via emails and problem is still existing on every day. Today we see the very lower speed and not able to access our emails too for connection Id #[protected]. Please check the screen shots for proof. speedtest-page.jpg is empty page which is the speed test link and not loaded for several attempts. speed_test.jpg shows the speed of you connection and its loaded after several attempts only. Your service promised 4Mbps and serving only 0.24Mbps. Is it fair for your business? What is the solution at your end?

RUBBISH TARIFF & BILLING BY TIKONA!
I opted for 3 months postpaid plan of Rs. 1500/- having the benefits of 10GB per month at 2mbps speed. I was quite satisfied with it until the plan benefits got over 4 days before the promised date of validity expiry.
I have been charged around Rs.250/- for this mistake from Tikona's end and I was not even notified about the same but the agent who installed it initially in my residence kept on insisting that I was notified. What rubbish! Why would I keep using internet when I know I'm being charged instead o[censored]sing it for free?!
Also, I came to know about this lower tariff plan (monsoon offer)having Rs.300/- 5 GB per month at 2mbps speed & wanted to activate it. But the same agent informed me that the entire plan for 3 months comes to Rs.1300/- with service tax instead of the promised Rs.900/- for 3 months! What a rip-off! Tikona does not offer tariff & billing as promised from what I've experienced and I will not recommend anyone to opt for it unless there is more clarity in the above mentioned disputes.
My 10 digit user ID is [protected]. Arrange for somebody to contact me in my mobile number [protected] as your Customer care hotline is useless.
