Hi, it was about last weekend when my internet was not working and i had to file a complaint after long talks with customer support of tikona. Again this weekend my internet didn't work. The connection was to be terminated on 20 july, and the new user id which was already generated (As told by customer support many days back) was to be sent. Moreover, a a local representative of tikona was supposed to come.
Also, i called yesterday where i was assured that some action will be taken within 24 hours. I didn't receive any call, nor sms, nor a mail regarding my issue. Now, internet is not working, no new user id has been sent, no one came, and customer support as usual is useless and indiferent towards my issue. I want a complete disconnection. However, a disconnection request was raised on 2 june, and now its 22 june. I am being told that "your account is suspended becuase of non payment". My bill is paid till 25 of june. I have a transaction record for that, and recording of all the calls made to tikona. No one can trust tikona it seems. You can stoop to any level of disgust. You are getting me frustrated. I repent the day i took your connection. You are a frawd company and should be banned
