Poor Browsing spped

I have taken Tikona internet for my home use. It worked properly on first month after first month it became like Bullock. For 4 MBPS speed it gives 10 kbps speed. It problem found in also nearby area Bapunagr, Virat Nagar, Uttam Nagar area in Ahmedabad. I suggest people don't take this service. Very poor service so I request to you don't waste your money....

Bill payment for no service

I have asked tikona to disconnect my services more than a month back, they have disconnected the services but they r asking me to pay around 1400 rupees I haven't used the service at all. Tikona Broadband connection

Wrong Services Provided

worlds worst service

Poor Speed

I am using Tikona service since last 3 months. First month it worked fine, but then started my pain. 1. Half of time, it does not get connected as LOGIN Page does not get open. If it opens by any change, it has very poor speed. 2. I took plan in which 4mbps is download speed @Rs 600/month. But what I get any day is not more than 2mbps. I have complained so many times to their customer care, but it seems, it falls on to deaf ears....

Worst wireless broadband service at Coimbatore

I had requested tikona connection & the service team installed connection next day night. But, during trail the net speed was not as expected (very slow), the guy who came Installation said will come next day to complete the process. I am calling that person & his lead many times but no response. The problem continues past one week. I never faced such a case in my life. I didn't expect this from Tikona.
