I have taken Tikona internet for my home use. It worked properly on first month after first month it became like Bullock. For 4 MBPS speed it gives 10 kbps speed. It problem found in also nearby area Bapunagr, Virat Nagar, Uttam Nagar area in Ahmedabad. I suggest people don't take this service. Very poor service so I request to you don't waste your money....

I have asked tikona to disconnect my services more than a month back, they have disconnected the services but they r asking me to pay around 1400 rupees I haven't used the service at all. I had requested tikona connection & the service team installed connection next day night. But, during trail the net speed was not as expected (very slow), the guy who came Installation said will come next day to complete the process.
