I have requested this on 8th June 15 and till now not contacted by Tikona representative. While calling to Tikona customer care number its always saying expected wait time is 4 minute and it automatically getting disconnected. I believe Tikona has blocked my number. Can you please provide me a solution either you come and take your belongings or install it ASAP. This is my worst experience of my life. I never had expected this bad experience from TIkona. I mailed Tikona care for this issue, In response I got the below response from them Dear Mr. ROHIT RAJ, With reference to the request raised on your Tikona broadband User ID [protected], registered against your name, we commit to make sincere efforts to resolve whatever difficulty or issue you may have faced by engaging senior specialist from our team. Your account shall remain under our retention efforts for next 10 days to allow us a fair chance to satisfy your concerns and make sure you continue using Tikona services. It will delight us to re-instate your confidence in us. Within these 10 days we shall seek your cooperation to facilitate a prompt resolution with help of Specialized Help desk as well our field care executives. We assure that in case our efforts to resolve valid issues to your satisfaction are not successful, then the monthly bill charges shall be applicable only till the next bill cycle date based on your last usage date or disconnection request date whichever is later. On processing of request for disconnection you will be required to return all Tikona installed equipment and material including indoor and outdoor CPE, POE adopter, cabling etc. In case CPE is not recovered charges of Rs 1500 shall be added towards the outstanding amount & you will continue to receive bill until you have not surrendered the CPE. Please note installation charges are non-refundable. Full and final settlement of the account will be done post completion of the above mentioned process. The activities are summarized against your Service Request Number 1-[protected], dated : 6/17/2015 04:51:07 PM 1) Resolution of issues or problem with your cooperation : Day 1 to Day 10 2) Formal email or call from your Registered Email or Mobile No. : Day 1 to Day 10 3) Suspension of account (last bill cycle) : Day 11 to Day 13 4) Payment of outstanding and return of equipments : Day 14 to Day 16 5) Closure of account : Once activity 4 is completed then within 48hrs account will be closed. Kindly note during the course of retention if your account shows usage then your account will be considered as retained & it would confirm you wish to continue with the services. In order to safeguard against any unauthorized request for disconnection of service we would also request you please write an email to [protected]@tikona.in from your registered email id or call[protected] from your registered mobile number if the above retention effort is not successful. Please note that communication received from email or mobile not registered as part of Personal Information of your Tikona account is liable to be considered as 'not valid' and thus request may not be processed. We do trust that through our sincere effort we shall be able to resolve any and all valid technical or commercial problems and shall maintain a long term client relationship. Niether no response from the local vendor or from the customer service inspite of our sevaral complients lodged over phone. The customer service No. given[protected] is not at all responding any calls, only the recorded mesages state that you are in que your callis very important, please wait.       HI Sir / Madam . I took this Broadband connection (Tikona ID:[protected])in month of Oct 2014. But there was not a single day when i called unlimited times in customer care. They charged for 1 gb speed and gave me 512 kbps speed, maximum time there was low speed or no network . Even i asked to close connection. They didn't . Now they want are charging for the days when i didnt use this service. This Type of services should be ban in India . Companies like this are cheating and fooling public and . They just want to snatch money. Every day they are calling and harassing me. I sent so many mails to customer care and J NAIR . But No response Please help me on this and take a rigid action on this.           Hello i am gaurav kumar having a tikona broadband connection, user id is [protected]. i am to state that i have getting a very low downloading speed as well as surfing speed, sometimes login page not open or take more time to open a tikona login page( ip address- 1.254.254.254) . most of times my connection goes down for a long time period (showing a yellow triangle bar on signal. i have getting this problem since 2 weeks. i have a tikona connection since 1 year and this is a major problem which i face regularly. Overall, if this problem will exist then you have to adjust for my condition that may be i reduce the bill payment ammount by calculating the time when my broadband connection not active as per 24 hour. or you should have to solve this major problem which i face regularly because i am not using free of cost broadband, i paid exact bill payment which produced. so please it is a request for troubleshoot tikona tower which is installed on my nearest location or my modem which is connected on the roof.             My Tikona Broadband (User ID: [protected]) frequently remains out of order and it is impossible to contact Customer Service because the number is totally unresponsive. A recorded message keeps saying all operatives are busy, please call after some time...and after a few minutes of this message playing, the line is disconnected by the company. From the time I became a subscriber in March 2014, I have been unable to contact this company's customer service department even once. This company is cheating its customers big time.

              Few days ago I have complained about their service as whenever I use my service it shows "Server not found". When I called their helpline service, they send technician. It get solved for 1 days an same problem persisted. This happened again and again. Now when I called them for service they put my call on hold and if some time pickup, they are not sending any technician. As my internet is not working i can't talk with my only son living in Canada. By complaining thrice or four time in a day I got tired and mentally exhausted. So dplease do some needful.

                I have taken Tikona internet for my home use. It worked properly on first month after first month it became like Bullock. For 4 MBPS speed it gives 10 kbps speed. It problem found in also nearby area Bapunagr, Virat Nagar, Uttam Nagar area in Ahmedabad. I suggest people don't take this service. Very poor service so I request to you don't waste your money.

                  I have asked tikona to disconnect my services more than a month back, they have disconnected the services but they r asking me to pay around 1400 rupees I haven't used the service at all. Now they sent me a msg to say make a payment in 48 hours or else they will proceed legally. I have attached the email that I sent to tikona.

                    Consumer id [protected]. I have sent a mail to tikona customer care last month on 26 May 2015 to disconnect their services even I have asked them when they had tried to reach me on my cellphone but they have not disconnected and they have sent me a bill of this month when I dropped a mail for explanation I received a call from them saying that I need to pay for this month and they are not going to disconnect until I pay the amount for this month they also mentioned that they tried to reach me last month for the same and I was not reachable in that case a professional would have dropped a mail to clarify and so also whenever they have called I had asked for disconnection this clearly shows us that this is a policy and truly a trick to make money. I have not been using their services since 28th May 2015 after I requested for disconnection. I request consumer court team to please intervene and investigate on Tikona Request number is as below online request number is 1-[protected]. Thanks in advance.

                      My Tikona Id is :[protected] I have been using it since past 5 years, this time i had opted to go for Bundled internet plan for Rs.2099/- which i have done via tikona self care portal on 4th May 2015 where payment of Rs 3698.1 which also included Rs1500/- for wifi router in which tikona was aware and informed about all this.On 23 June i got a sms that my services are expired which should not have happened as i had made payment for 365 days validity and 50GB plan from which only 19 GB was used. I have contacted them but they are trying to put there mistake on me. Tikona has gone from worse to worst. Please provide me a solution.I need the pack activated or refund for the same.This is real harassment caused inspite of opting for services.

                      My Internet services also have been suspended because of this issue which is really not convenient.

                      Why is it taking so much time to resolve?

                          just few days back iwas getting around 200 to 300kbps in the same plan since last 5 days i am getting 40 kbps i complained it so many times and this people are saying speed is proper from our side. they are using single server for so many people so we are not getting gud speed. such a waste company. i highly recommend to not to buy any plan of this company. such a waste. i am attaching ookla speed test results. they were saying ki this is transfer rate it will comes that much only.

                            After 2months of installation started receiving issues with internet service, no speed, no connectivity, latency what not. Made numerous calls in the last 4months and counting no resolutions. It's becoming a nightmare now and whenever I call the customer care number initially you have to wait for 5/10minutes before someone comes online and after raising the issue their initial response is we will escalate the matter to our senior technical team and it will take 24/48 hours After which the issue gets resolved for couple of minutes and yet back to square one. And when the BILL gets generated they constantly keep on messaging or calling for the payment. And now as I am highly frustrated am putting this complaint officially hoping to get a resolution and to put a stop on deceptive practices by Tikona.                               Hello I have been facing speed related issue from very long and still not got any solution Tikona is making false promises daily. Also I requested tikona to refund my money as they are not able to resolve my complaint. Please find attached snapshot showing your great service

                                User id- [protected] Issue- I called Tikona customer care for disconnection of my account prior 6 days of my monthly plan expire date.they assured me that after 15 days my account will be closed. Today 22 days have been passed but they neither send me any intimation email not they send their engineer to collect their device back. Meanwhile I have called them so many times and have sent email also to their customer care .they do acknowledge me that within 24 hours you will get our email but all in vain.I have totally exhausted calling them but it looks like my request is going into deaf ears. Now either they start their process quickly or I will take this case to consumer court. They have left no option for me.

                                  I am using Tikona service since last 3 months. First month it worked fine, but then started my pain. 1. Half of time, it does not get connected as LOGIN Page does not get open. If it opens by any change, it has very poor speed. 2. I took plan in which 4mbps is download speed @Rs 600/month. But what I get any day is not more than 2mbps. I have complained so many times to their customer care, but it seems, it falls on to deaf ears. As they do acknowledge the complaint, but after couple of day problems are square to back one. Highly un-satisfied customer. Regards

                                    Worst wireless broadband service at Coimbatore

                                    I was 7 years premium Airtel wired broadband customer and came to know about the Tikona and their cheaper tariff. When i order the service for my home and office, they promised to serve the internet speed as per plan (4Mbps). Also they charged 2 months bill as prepaid. I started to use and daily am facing the network outage and very lower speed (1 Mbps and less). I got frustration in my works because lack of internet speed and unreliable...

                                    Hi, it was about last weekend when my internet was not working and i had to file a complaint after long talks with customer support of tikona. Again this weekend my internet didn't work. The connection was to be terminated on 20 july, and the new user id which was already generated (As told by customer support many days back) was to be sent. Moreover, a a local representative of tikona was supposed to come.

                                    Also, i called yesterday where i was assured that some action will be taken within 24 hours. I didn't receive any call, nor sms, nor a mail regarding my issue. Now, internet is not working, no new user id has been sent, no one came, and customer support as usual is useless and indiferent towards my issue. I want a complete disconnection. However, a disconnection request was raised on 2 june, and now its 22 june. I am being told that "your account is suspended becuase of non payment". My bill is paid till 25 of june. I have a transaction record for that, and recording of all the calls made to tikona. No one can trust tikona it seems. You can stoop to any level of disgust. You are getting me frustrated. I repent the day i took your connection. You are a frawd company and should be banned

                                      Need help here, I am a Tikona Customer for over a year and recently in the month of September 2014 I requested for a cancellation of the account. Since then I moved to a different city and I am not using the services. I also cleared the outstanding bill at that point of time and ensured that the slate is clean. I called up the customer care and also emailed to cancel the account for which the Tikona team suggested I put the account on hold and then look for someone to buy the same. I put the account on suspension and then in the month of Jan, the account got released. I called up Tikona to cancel and they said that it will be done in 48 hours and finally in the month of June, 2015 I got the cancellation confirmation. In the meanwhile I am told that I have to pay some amount for which I inquired about the usage which was Zero MB and also was generated after I requested the cancellation. I was today contacted by someone from the consumer court and requested me to pay or else face the court in Mumbai

                                      Thank you Tikona for taking this up. Today, an imposer called me from Tikona claiming that he was Mr. Nair (for whom I have good respect), for someone to reach an appellate authority he would surely made good name in the customer service department.

                                      However, the person who called me just hung up on the me when I asked for his name. I recorded the last part of the conversation after requesting permission but he did not speak anything after that.
