[Resolved] Tikona — wrong billing and continuous calls to make payments | |||
Going through a horrible episode of customer harrassment by tikona. I was billed wrongly and called by tikona executives daily to make payment. Every time i have to explain to them that the issue is at their end and to correct that or not to call me till the issue is resolved. But that is not happening. They call at least twice or thrice a day from ivr asking to pay the amount and everytime i have to explain the case to them from scratch. It's as if no customer history is maintained at all. Have raised the issue to tikona appellate asking for compensation for disturbance, mental torture and harrassment. It has become unbearable now. I may go to police to file an fir now since no response is forthcoming. However they do think it is important and have the resources to call everyday to ask for payment! I'm sure there are others facing similar issues. Please raise your voice against this callous attitude of tikona. Was this information helpful? | |||
