Timbl — Broadband refund

I highly regret to take timbl internet. All the people working in this company just knows 1 thing very nicely.. disconnect the call as they know they are only here to run the company on the looted money so can't provide a refund. After waiting for 1 month to resolve the speed fluctuation issue I had no choice left then to just discontinue the service which I did i got excitel for now. Since February I have not received any resolution on the disconnection instead these tech and CS people close my tickets again n again without even my consent. Even if I reopen the ticket there is no update of the same in their system due to which they always created a new ticket and ask me everytime to wait for another 15 days as per their new ticket TAT ( extremely pathetic policies ) though I have still not received any call or confirmation even after waiting for another 15 days. No action till now on the people who closesd every tickets without contacting the customer. No call back from the manager. No resolution. No refund till date. Already raise a complaint in the consumer forum and waiting for a resolution now. You should resign and shutdown this extremely disgusting company. I can bet their will not be a single person on this planet to be disappointed if this company would be shutdown.
