Company promises to refund with in 25 days of request of cancellation. I raised request of cancellation on 19th march due to their worst service (internet works only around 20 days in a month). Then they commited to provide refund within 25 days approx by 12th April. The after my followup they told you will get your refund surely by 21 April. Now today is 18 th April, and they are saying device will be recovered by 25th april and after few days refund will be provided. I think company is all about making frauds with innocent customers.
While using the services only for 3 months, 8-10 days in a month internet didn't work for 3-4 hours. On complaining, everytime customer care executive used to say "there is mass outage in your area". Also they always closed my request without confirmation with me. They do not believe in customer satisfaction.
Please help me to get my refund because their router don't work with any other internet service connection. Was this information helpful? |
