We are literally facing the mental torture from bad service and policies of timbl. As communicated by them that they will get away with the router within a week after initiating the termination request. We requested to terminate the service in mid feb, now its more than 2 months and they did not even initiate the procedure.
Its really really unprofessional from their side that even after multiple emails, multiple calls and follow ups with timbl, nobody came to collect the router. Was this information helpful? |
