Timbl — Unethical behaviour and poor services

Hi,

My name is Jaya Bharti (User ID: 2053094), and I have been using Timbl for a long time. However, ever since I first started using the service, I have experienced numerous problems with both the services and the service provider. Customer support is completely useless. Try talking to the executives at work, but they have no solution for the ongoing problem. Even now, on October 18, 2022, my house's internet connection isn't working. I am unsure of the issue, and when I try to speak with the customer executives, they are unable to provide a solution to the issue.

I made multiple calls and left messages at the number [protected], but the person never picked up, even after I explained that I had been having problems with my home's internet since the morning and that I needed it because I am a working woman.

I tried calling the number [protected], but again, he did not provide me with any solutions. On top of that, he attempted to emphasize the word "baba, " which is offensive to him. I'm not sure what's wrong in calling the word "baba" and he misbehaved with me. Speaking with such staff is a really uncomfortable situation.

I would stop using the services as soon as I could find a different service provider, and I would never use Timbl again. I would also advise my friends, family, and all other people I know to avoid using Timbl as I have already had a bad experience with it.

Please help find a solution to this issue as soon as possible. Thanks.
