I renewed my annual subscription by making cheque payment of rs.770/- (Icici cheque dated[protected].
Received sms confirming receipt of payment and mentioning my subscription id as ko[protected] on[protected], the effective starting date is from[protected].
But, i have not received the coupons yet.

Please arrange sending the coupons asap.
