[Resolved] Times Of India — Annual Subscription Renewal

Dear Sir, My Annual Subscription for TOI expired in June 2014 and I approached TOI office in Dharampeth, Nagpur. I was told that office has move to Ramdaspeth and I should go to that offie. I requested the representative to note down my address and phone number and send somebody to renew the subscription. But till date no body turned up. What surprises most is that, in this era of internet and mobile, why TOI insists that their representative will come and collect the cheque for subscription. As others have pointed out there are no telephone numbers on there website or email to address the problem. Very sorry state of affair. [protected]@rediffmail.com

I renewed my subscription on November 2nd and I was supposed to get the voucher in 2 days but till date I didn’t get and my previous
subscription got over by November 15th and I don’t have an active subscription now despite making the payment on 2nd November itself and when I tried to reach these guys over the phone they are disconnecting the call saying that you will get in one day and I have tried reaching them over the phone more than 15 times and I didn’t get any proper response and I sent an email as well to them for that I’m getting a one liner response saying that the complaint is taken and Chennai area manager will contact me but nothing happened till date. I feel like I’ve been cheated by these guys and I paid 2k for three years subscription and you can reach me at [protected]@gmail.com.
