I've taken 6 month doorstep newspaper subscription for Economic times, Navi Mumbai. The subscription started from 25 June, 2022 The door newspaper is irregular and I received the contact number of the delivery person from the apartment security. When I questioned him for not delivering the newspaper, he demanded extra INR 250 as a service charge per month. The term is not mentioned in the official website and he is seeking overhead cost without company's consent. He said that he doesn't care about the company policies. His name is Shekhar delivering the newspapers in Dombivali, Navi Mumbai.
I don't need the newspaper anymore. I request the Timesgroup to cancel the subscription and refund the amount on pro-rata basis. From the beginning, the service is a headache for me and I'm not at all satisfied with their customer service.
