1. I purchased 2 nos kenstar jacussi kgs10wp-gde-10 litre 2000 watt storage water heaters through amazon on 08.11.2016 2. From day 1, these geysers were giving problems and the tanks were Leaking. 3. I complained on 3 occasions and each time ther service engineer came and did some temporary, slipshod repair which lasted for a few weeks and the problem recurred again. 4. In april 2018, both the water heaters completely stopped working. I again raised complaint numbers che[protected] dated april 3, 2018 for both the water heaters. 5. The service engineer informed that the water tanks needed to be replaced and they will get them urgently to do the needful. 6. Since then i. E. Last 6 months no action has been taken and both the water heaters remain totally useless and non-functional. 7. The service engineer took both the heaters to the workshop, presumably repaired one of them but on installation, the same problem i. E. Leakage was observed. The heater was taken back by the engineer. 8. Since then, both the water heaters are with the service engineers and have not been repaired or returned. 9. Several complaints have been raised by me in this regard but all of no effect whatsoever. Some of the complaint references are : Che [protected] dated 01.06.2018 and many more. 11. I have made more than 50 calls and sent almost 50 sms messages to various executives at various levels responsible for providing service. The persons repeatedly contacted by me are Mr krishnakumar [protected] service in-charge Mr ghiazuddin [protected] service in-charge Mr mahesh [protected] service manager Mr balasubramanian [protected] zonal head Mr abhishek kumar [protected] national head 12. I have copies of all the smss sent by me to all the executives. 13. Another remarkable culture and practice of kenstar seems to be constantly avoiding calls by customers. I find this at all levels right from the service in-charge to the national head. They do not have the basic courtesy to take calls or call back or respond to messages. Totally disgusting. 14. In the last 6 months no action has been taken. This clearly shows the totally non-existent service support provided by kenstar. The customer is left totally high and dry. There is absolutely no sense of responsibility or commitment by you executives at all levels. 15. With such pathetic and shameful levels of support, i am now totally fed up and disgusted. I have absolutely no more patience to deal withkenstar's irresponsible service staff. 16. Since i have totally lost all confidence or faith in kenstar's product quality or support, i demand full refund for the products along with compensation for all the trauma and inconvenience caused to me.
