Times Of India — Newspaper Delivery Issues in Vijayawada

I took a yearly subscription to TOI of 490 rs for 12 months on 1st Feb, 2021. I was supposed to receive newspaper daily morning via door delivery. However, I have not received any newspaper..not even once. It has been almost a month since I made the payment for the subscription and I have not received any paper till now.

When I enquired about this with the agent to whom I paid, he was utterly rude and arrogant towards me. I have no confidence that he will resolve the issue.

I request you to please step into the picture and resolve my case.
