I had subscribed for annual Times of india chennai edition newspaper directly with TOI group on 25th July to start delivery from 1st august. But since day 1 till 3rd I havent received any paper yet. I got details of vendor and area manager after calling to customer care. On 31st july vendor picked call and I told him about address etc, which he agreed but he didnt deliver anything. So i called area manger Vinod Lloyd multiple times on 1st august. but he never bothered to pick call or even call back after seeing missed calls. I even sent whatsapp to vendor and area manager which they didnt respond. I had called customer care on 1st august evening and the lady on other side mentioned to wait 24hrs and promised to deliver from day2 for sure and even compensate for day1 failure. But till now 3rd day, there was no call from TOI group or area manager or vendor yet. SO i asked them about refund process which they are not answering at all and mentioned Regional manager will call, which I doubt would never happen. Was this information helpful? |
