I had paid for one year subscription of news paper few months back but on december 3rd i had received message from times group that my subscription had started. I just request you to please change my address. my new address is House no 715/4 second floor sector 4 gurgaon 122001 it is hardly 1 km from my old residence.

I stay in Miyapur, Hyderabad and near sai ranga theatre. The colony is called Madhav nagar. For whole colony, there is one guy who supplies paper. His agency name is "HEMA SRI BOOK STALL". He is charging Rs10 for every news paper he gives with all consumers for a month. Though this is small amount, i want to understand if TIMES OF INDIA encourages the paper boys/agencies to collect the delivery charges...

The Newspaper vendor in Rohini Sector-9, charging residents for newspaper price in excess of that mentioned on Newspapers. He is not accepting any offer provided by TIMES Group. And also charged the price that is more than the amount mentioned on Newspaper. Even, If some resident reader oppose him to pay extra, he threats to stop...

Since the time we have been residing C-9, we have been subscriber of TOI and Ecotimes from the same vendor namely PK Newspaper Agency and this agency is the only agency which vends in this entire area as per my information. Virtually he has been exploiting this situation to his advantage despite several complaints by the residents in and around this area. He has been monopolising and indulging in unfair trade practices....

I had subscribed for the times of india news paper vide receipt no 205904 dated 19/07/08 with efffective date from 01/08/08. Till date news paper has not started at home. Response when contacted the news paper is very third class and they say that they can accept the subscription onlly with one month advance notice. How the representative collecting the money had accepted the same and committed in writing about the date of implementation...

Hi,

I renewed my subscription last month for times of India news paper. I am not getting paper since 10 days. I made first complaint on 3rd April (Complaint no .[protected] and followed by several calls but no use. I think support persons are not capable to resolve or there don’t care customer. I thought Times of India is a reputed organisation.

I am upset with your service so either you escalate the issue to your management or I have to approach Consumer court to get refund my subscription fee.

I am resident of Bikaner Rajasthan. Gouri news paper agency shivbadi road Bikaner ([protected], [protected]) has charged Rupees 8.25 for a copy where as its mrp is Rupee 5.
I objectioned and his response was, since TOI is not printed in Bikaner so we charge this much, and that too after 40 days of delivery he told me.
Sir news paper is not a commodity that one can buy and later sell it on higher prices to earn profit even at the same time news paper is enjoying all the benefits of govt schemes and subsidy.

Kindly look into and suggest course of action.

Hi, there was an article published in Times of India news paper on 21st March 2026 written by Anoothi Vishal.

I need your assistance to understand 2 points regarding the article:
1. There is image in article featuring 'Biryani' whereas 'Gujiyas and Papadi' are mainly cooked and enjoyed. This has been written in the article as well. Can you help me to understand, is it not an attempt to promote certain food only in the name of festval?
2. Holi festival is linked with story of Bhakt Prahalad and Holika. However, information like : "Aab-e pashi", "It was celebrated with the same spirit of joy by Mughal aris .." etc. etc. featuring Mughals is presented here.

This whole article seems an attempt an attempt to change the narrative of people by providing irrelevant information of very famous festival of Hindus? What are the intentions behind it?

May i request your kind assistance to help me understand above highlighted pointers please?

Dear Sir/Madam,
We had paid the subscription Rs.5099/-for 3yrs with gift of zebronics Head phone.The paper was continue from 10th Jan-24 but gift not come yet.

Serval phone calls to your representative by toll free number. But they did not know about gift. Pls sent the gift to my residence.

I had paid an amount of Rs.1440 vide subscription No TS3010496 dt[protected] and it was informed that the refund process is already begun.But so far no money is refunded.
