I am Mahesh Shukla (BP no [protected]). I want to renew my annual subscription for TOI English news paper which expires in mid of Feb-2019.
On 10th January I got call from your office that your representative will collect the cheque from me by 18th Jan-19. However nobody came till date for cheque collection. I am trying to contact you on your nos-[protected], [protected] and [protected] but nobody picks up phone at your end. I want to renew for 2 years. Plz help
