One more useful information i am going to share with all of you , please don't register in Timesjobs by paying any amount . Nothing happens after when you may be registered here , You may get call for register from so many employee team who is not from Times-jobs , all team is from any other department like BPOs or anything but not from Timesjobs office . They will commit you that he is calling from Timesjobs and they will forced you to register again and again because of have target on them which they have to achieve anyhow and may be emotional to you for register here . So please don't register here , I am truely saying to you that after registration , you wont recieved any calls from recruiters or consultancy . Be a free user always but not pay any money here . I have paid 1350 rs for registration and 1200 for profile verification . After registration here , they have committed like you may get calls after 20 days or within 4 days , etc but all that commitment was fake . I can show you proof also as i have voice clips in my mobile and some pics of where i am registered in Timesjobs. SO PLEASE YOU DON'T WASTE MONEY OTHERWISE YOU AMOUNT MAY NOT REFUND ONCE YOU HAVE REGISTERED HERE IN TIMESJOBS. I have visit Timesjobs office also in Filmcity Noida, Let you share some names of Timesjobs Teams as they all are cheaters :-

There are so many jobs in Marketing field and IT field , So you can now save your money and if any query , can leave here comment , i will reply you back ..

I have taken there service for Rs 3150 with Order No: MZ658973; Your MagicResume from TimesJobs.com on 09/03/2012.
Till date i received no call for any interview nor t i received the services.
Kindly help to get the money refunded or proper service from timesjobs.com

Hi,

This complaint is regarding the timesjobs.com done fraud with me. In November I had made payment to them of Rs. 1350/- my registration number is RZ554699 and they committed me that you will start receiving call from the recruiters and consultancies within few days after we will complete the procedure.
Then they give me the call again for payment to verify your working background. I denied that because when they had given me the 1st call they did not told me regarding the any other payment. So they agree on that and committed me ok we will process your request and display your resume to the companies and consultancies.
After that I haven’t received a single from any recruiter or consultancy. I had called them but no response has given from their side.
So know I want to file a case against them and want my money back and want they may pay the kind of frustration I am facing now.
I hope I will get the Justice from consumer forum.

The Executive of Times Jobs call on 11th of March and told me about Times Jobs Scheme of Investing Rs 3150 to get better opportunity in Better MNC organization and provide 1200 MNC calls for your interview and specially told me that this is one time paymen and we works for you whole life for your better opportunity and for receiving payment they call me thrice and more than thrice regarding payment as on 16th i had done transaction in account of Times jobs of Rs- 3150/- as the executive has promise me lots of facilities we provide you but after receiving payment they neither call me neither interact me and when i maled them regarding this they told me to invest another 950 Rs to Highlight & verification of your profile which is not told by executive previously till date no any calls for interview provide by them.

I pay the amount and my Order ID for the same is RZ641944 but sir I think my resume will not be send any where and the service is totally fake they take my money and fool me.

They also tell about an other service in which they verified my documents and send the verification certificate to me as well as to the consultancies in which I have to pay Rs 1200 and my order ID is VS642950. but i cant get any response

I used to get calls from Times Jobs.com daily telling me to pay Rs.2150/- and get the benefit of resume writing and forwarding the resume to 12,000 companies around the country and the offer is for the whole lifetime and i can make use of this offer whenever i lose job at any point in my life or even if i remained as fresher and the same payment is valid!they said they ll send the resume within ten days! they told me to make an online payment since their office is located at Noida! But something different happened , i got the resume through mail after "15 days" , but no information about interviews!They said i ll be getting interview calls directly from MNCs like Wipro,TCS,IBM!!!but i didnt get any calls for a month,when asked they said i need to make a payment of Rs.950 again for resume verification! I don know wats this new verification crap is all about! I shouted at them y they did not inform me about this 950 beforehand! they did not give any proper response and when asked for their Managing Director's number they gave a number! but u cannot call back to any number from which u get calls from times job coz they have set the phone numbers in such a way that u cannot call back,
none of the numbers have incoming facility! And whenever i called the call gets disconnected with a message -" you cannot call this number" ! Clever ppl! so do not get cheated by times job and also don make online payments to consultancies which are not located in your district or city! coz i[censored] want to get the money back or file a case against them or give police complaint which is not possible without a bill or receipt from the consultancy which is an evidence that you have paid them !

Sufi khan an executive of Times Jobs has approached me about the job services, for that i was agreed & paid 1350 Rs & again approached me for resume services & he have not told me the actual amount , then suddenly he was debited the amount my account 4350 without my confirmation. i called him & he assured that your payment will be refundable..but no response for 4-5 hours , then again i called him, that time he was told that, you will receive a verification call , that time you have to told you don't want refund amount & after that i will arrange for the refund... Bu after hours he was telling that refund was not possible... this is purely illegal.... I want my money back...

Amit and vipin from timesjobs.com called me for the paid services they offer. I relied on them and paid rs 10000 for the resume and job services. But these cheap executives have not turned up even after a week and i have not received any communication from them. More over the numbers are not reachable and the number from which they has called does not allow us to call. They have developed a medium to cheat people and make money. Times is no more a reliable name and the executives are nothing but hooliganist who are there to cheat pppl and loot their money....

Times job committed me to give good job after registration ,but after registration they ware only demanded more money from me. I also gave them more money for job through online payment mode ,but again they are demanding money from me. also they are giving wrong commitment regarding job.They are totally cheated me.It's a cheating organisation.

I had received today a call from Timesjobs from Mr. Sudhanshu from Delhi stating that my profile has been checked by a top multinational company and that if I was interested in switching to a high-paying job. He asked if I was looking for change and I said yes and he said what kind of change and I said may be IT and he said that it was HCL which was looking at my resume and I am sure to get a job. He asked me in how many days can I join the new company. After convincing me, he then asked that I have to pay a small nominal fee of around 3000 and I started doubting his intentions. He asked that I pay the amount as soon as possible and if I have got internet connection he can breeze me through the paying procedure. My doubt was confirmed. I asked for a couple of months so that I can prepare myself with some course in IT. He said that HCL cannot wait for so much time and I need to do it ASAP. I asked for a couple of days and he said that the requirement is urgent and I had to pay now. I said to give me in writing of what he had said and he said that it is inside information he is giving and he cannot give anything in writing. I said that I am not interested and he started using threatening language. He said that the call is monitored by HCL and all the multinational companies and they will be blacklist me and I will not be able to get any job in future. I said it is okay with me that they blacklist me, but I am not going to pay anything. Now he started abusing saying that my upbringing was wrong. This ticked me off and I told him to mind his language and to my shock he started using foul language. I gave him back in the same measure.

Everybody please be aware about Timesjobs and the length they go to con us to get money. They can stoop to any level. I have written a complaint to the management of Timesjobs, but reading all the stories about them in the forum, I am doubtful about any feedback or action. Please do to pay any amount to them.

i registered myself with times jobs premium services because they told me if i do I'd be getting interview calls! now that i have registered for those services and nothing has yet happened!! now they are denying that they made such promises!! Its been a total waste of money and I would like a total refund of it. I have all the proof and evidence of their constant lie telling and cheating!!

I got a call from Times Jobs 1 and a Half month before and the ppl said that i[censored] pay 3251rs then they will give jobs call and that too everyday 2 calls and till now i havent got any call frm those ppl..so friend plz dnt fall in such fake trap..this are useless ppl...

i have taken the career services of timesjobs since last 5 months, and after having such a prolific career profile of myself, I havnt got a call yet from any recruiter...not even a single one can u imagine. I think i have wasted my money and time with registering on times jobs.As even I am getting calls through naukri.com in which I have not taken paid service even. I dont know what the hell their services deptt is doing. Are they there only for making fool of people.It certainly look like that. Also timesjobs is sending mails regarding job openings weekly, see thats good but in all the mails 4 or 5 companies are always common...I think they have set them default and are fake and its so humorous that CTC mentioned along with them is around 15 lacs or something with 2 to 3yrs work ex. how can an organisation pay 15 - 20 lacs to a 2 yrs experienced guy. i am fed up. So its my humble request to dat dont create such scenarios where people get frustated...people are not fools u see....

I have taken resume writing and back ground verification services from Times jobs.com on November 29th 2011 that is for Rs 4350 and Rs 1450 . After one week that is on 05th December 2011 i was again told there was some issue in selection of code while selecting these services online hence i have to make the payment once again and they will be refunding this money along with a discount of Rs 250. As per their promise i have again made payment for Rs.4575 and Rs 1200.
After this i have waited for the refund till 15th of December 2011 however i didn't get the refund. Later i have decided to contact their executives who has promised me the refund and they have given me the date 24th of December but it didn't happen on 24th Dec once again i have decided to follow up and contacteed their executive and his manager i was told that there was some problem and refund didn't happen for few customers and they do refund once in 3 weeks and next scheduled refund is on 16th Jan 2012 and it will happen without any fail if it's fails they will pay Rs 100 per day as interest. But once agan it didn't happen and i tried to give a call to that executive and his manager but both of them are either not picking call or not available.
Since i couldn't reach their executives i have decided to call to their service center and on contacting them i was shocked to her that these executives were doing fraud to increase their business and they have terminated these people from service. On asking the refund i was told that it's your mistake and you need to take these services once again!!!
As you can make out times jobs new that thier executives have done a fraud and they have terminated them it means it's a mistake from their side and they should refund the money to their customer who was cheated. But instead they are asking me to take these services once again which is impossible to accept.Can you please let me know what action i should take to get my money back.

Now it's close to two months and i have not got these refunds.

As per telephone discussion with you and Mr. Bipin regarding above subject matter, I would like to bring my problem once again to you. My matter is that, I had received call from Mr. Bharat to get paid service. To get service I did tried from my own registration, but did not succeed, then Mr. Bharat told me that you could use by any other login Id. Then I used login id of my brother which is [protected]@yahoo.com. I got order no MR545210 then I transferred Rs. 2875 to your account on 26/10/11. Again I transferred Rs. 1450 on Account No. [protected] (Union Bank) on 03/11/11 which was telephonic demand by your side to take extra service. Today Mr. Bipin has contact me and told me that your order no MR545210 is not activated . To get refund money of order no MR545210 you need to mail to us.

Then after, today, I have done new registration with the help of Mr. Bipin. And it's order no. is MZ555105. and Come to know by you that is has been activated.

Sir I heartily request you to kindly refund my money of order no MR545210 which is Rs. 2875 + Rs. 1450 = Rs. 4325/-. Very frankly, I am not in a condition to bear this amount of Rs. 4325/-. So request you to kindly consider my problem.

MZ469577 and RZ523325. These are my registration ids in Times Jobs. One is the plain membership done 8months back and the other is premium membership done 5 months back. I paid these guys almost Rs.6000/- for both the plans and now for the last 7 months they could not provide me a "SINGLE" interview call. They don't have any branch offices . Nobody takes the responsibility. And they don't have contact nos. either. If you are lucky you 'll get reply to your emails or else not. The person who contacted me at the time of regn. is not contacting mefurther. Such a big organization and they have taken things for granted. They know that nobody can create problems for them inspite of their behaviour. And not only me ,I have taken data and found that in all cities they have a big population whois suffering. How can a poor boy afford it and then get cheated ???? This is non-sense. Is this website just like a school notice board or somebody is ther to sort these matters. Friends don't believe Times Jobs and don't pay anything to them. Take my advise.

My sincere request & caution is that do not get fooled thinking that Timesjobs.com since being a part of the reputed Times Business Solution Group
will provide genuine Paid Career Services. Timesjob.com is using the image of the Times group to fool all kinds of jobseekers to extract money out of their customers without providing quality services & in some cases not even providing services to their customers. I believe that all jobseekers should not enroll in their paid services & make an effort to boycott timesjobs.com so that they can learn that customers are the king to any market & if you fool them you are fooling yourself as they are not going to come back to you after their bad experience.

If somebody wants to file a consumer case against them pleases feel free to contact [protected], i am not a lawyer but a betrayed customer myself.
