Timesjobs step a head is simply money money and money they make you purchase a number of things and say thats one final step and your job will be located to you niether they locate any job nor any thing changes they just plunder money from your pocket! be talking very nicely even if its a service its too costly and a consumer should be made aware that he has to pay at-least this much amount as a whole they simply call on very step as important and final but no work on I think it would have been better that company directly recruits or helps in one step ask for the amount... Hope less just fraudistic timesjobs!

Hi,

I registered for Magical resume writing and resume zapper service (as explained by times job representative, resume will be forwarded to top 140 consultancies) on[protected].

For writing magical resume in 48 hours, times jobs representative informed that it would cost Rs.500/- extra along with normal charges.

So in total i paid them Rs.2380/-, till date i have not received final resume drafted by them.

I called call center several times, but in vain, all the representatives i spoke to was crooks, i really had a very very bad experience with them.

Finally when i saw my ICICI bank credit card statement, which i had used for making the payment to them initially.

I was shocked, as they had debited excess amount from my card, instead of Rs.2380/- they had debited Rs.3485/-

I did forward them my statement to [protected]@timesjobs.com, informing the excess debit done.

I have not received any reply from them.

Kindly help me in getting my amount back from them.

On 14th of March'2013 I was persuaded by one Mr.Tarkeshwar Kumar purportedly from Timesjobs.com to register for paid premium services after offering an assurance of placement in some select companies through one his senior colleage Mr.Rohit Gupta. I was persuaded to register online and make a payment of Rs.5822.50 as per details given below.

Immediately upon registering with them and making the payment within a shortwhile I got a call from Click2Resume.com that my profile has been forwarded by Timesjobs.com to them for the same openings as was discussed by the executive of Timesjobs.com with me and they wanted me to re-register with them. First they got me to pay an initial amount of Rs. 1615.00 the details whereof are given below. Thereafter they again wanted me make some additional payments to the tune of some Rs.3800.00 which I bluntly refused. The call was made by one Mr.Rahul from telephone no:[protected] followed by one Mr.Chatterjee.

What is surprising me is that they had the exact information of the registration with Timesjobs.com as also the exact details of the openings and the companies which was shared by Mr.Gupta with me. This is not possible unless there us a connivance between some of the staff members of Timesjobs with this portal. This appears to a collective fraud being perpetrated by both these organisations. Upon calling up the executive concerned of Timesjobs.com I was asked to lodge a complaint and they will immediately register the same and arrange to refund the amount. However my mails have gone unresponded and the phone from which the call were made is not answered.

I therefore register a formal complaint which may kindly be pursued and the amount paid by me to both the organisations got refunded immediately.

after payment they call again for more payment & say with second payment you'll not get the benifites (again said it's your last time payment aftter that you'll have not to pay more)

Out of my personal experience I m telling you not to trust TIMES JOBS. These guys make call to your number and ask u to make payment for the service. Initially I was not interested in any of the services. One day I got a call from them stating that if I pay 2700 Rs I will be given a chance to walk in for a interview with a core company. Considering the walk in interview i agreed to pay them the amount . I asked them whether that was the last amount to be paid and they said yes. Believing a reputed company wont indulge in any sort of fraudulent money seeking activity I agreed to pay the sum. But once I paid the amount the kept transferring the cal to next person seeking for money again and again. This lasted for nearly four transactions and they failed to keep up their words. Pls dont ever trust this Job site.

I got a call from there side and they said we have reserved your slot for today.After that you wont be able to avail our services.So kindly log in to our web site and u just have to pay Rs.2750/- and we will get interviews n jobs for u.After i paid the money on the same day,the lady said now i will forward your call to another person and he will tell you how u have to proceed further.And as soon as this person (Ankur) took my call he started telling me to click here n click there.After that when he said click on add to cart,i asked him atleast you should have told me that i have to pay this much amount (4150).He started with his own sayings that you will be benefited by this and all idiotic emotional lines.At last i just made that payment thinking that it wud be beneficial and even asked him that tell me if there is any more payments to be made.he said "no, after this you just have to upload your documents".And after making payment he told me "ok now you upload your documents and pay 1750 for its verification by times.I got the whole thing after that but he harassed me later for 5-6 days that i left taking their calls.Now at the end of the day its 10th today n i have not recieved anybody's call regarding job or interview.It was such a i got into.

My name is Rinku Paul and I’m a qualified Chartered Accountant & I’ve registered (free a/c. created) with many Job portals like naukri.com, monster.com, timesjobs.com etc. One day I got a call from timesjobs.com, the person said that if you paid registration fees i.e. Rs.1600 or[protected]+1000 for premium jobseeker for lifetime) than you will get job opportunities in your preferred location & also 90% interview will be cleared & also get special attention & also help me for seeking a job but I denied. But they were making call regularly for registration then I agreed & paid Rs.2600 through my saving bank a/c. (online payment), they were helping through phone that how to make payment online. After making payment of Rs.2600 my call was transferred to another person & he was asking me for another payment of Rs. 3400 for resume service. That time I didn’t have money to pay but they said if you don’t pay than you will loose your earlier money paid. Then the said amount paid online by company’s a/c. where I was working. After making payment of Rs.3400 again they were asking for another payment of Rs. 6300 for career astrology for 5 years plan. I asked them what is the need to pay for 5 years whereas Rs.1400 for one year. They said no no 5 years plan you have to pay, they made me confused becoz all these thing were done through telephonic conversation. I told them that I don’t have money to make further payment but they told if you not paid then you will loose your earlier money paid. They put me in a chain system. Whenever I was asking how many steps are there they said this is the last step. They said if you complete you all steps than you will get job opportunities within 72 hrs in your preferred location. If the process is not completed then you will loose your all money. To save your earlier money paid you have to go ahead. After paying of Rs. 6400 they were again asking for another Rs.3600 & thereafter Rs. 4300. In totality I’ve paid Rs. 20,200 & again asking for another payment. I just put my cell switched off becoz that time my brain was not working. Out of Rs.20,200, Rs. 17,600 was paid by taking loan from company. After few days Ms. Mini Agarwal, Relationship Manager, confirmed me that your process has been completed & you will get job opportunity in your preferred location but I didn’t get any job opportunity. After 35-40 days Ms. Mini Agarwal called me & said no job opportunity found in your preferred location so you have to change your preferred location. Then I changed my preferred location as per their wishes & sent 9 companies name & post available their. Out of 9, 6 entities were selected and I have forward my resume to 2 entities on the basis of availability of E-mail Id & rest 4 I made communication on contact no. given by them but the entities said that no vacancy there at all.
After few days I mailed to Mini Agarwal regarding these matters & asking to refund my money but she said she can’t help & said you must have taken other services also.
Now tell me sir what is the need for other services viz. CAREER ASTROLOGY FOR 5 YEARS paid amounting of Rs. 6300/- while I am looking for a good Job.
Sir, I was cheated & they were doing their business. From the beginning I was repeatedly asking that why you are asking for another payment, tell me what is the procedure, what steps are their but they never clear; they put me a chain system.

The BIGGEST LIARS in this world are the consultancy Services, they show you Big dreams of getting jobs in MNC with a handsome salary before you pay their fees & once you pay the fees, you are a stranger to them. One of the such worst exp. of mine is with Times Jobs. One of the person called Rajesh from their team called me up & said that he will give me a job in IBM with a salary package of 5 Lakhs but for that first I need to pay 8400 Rs as a Safety fees to Times jobs. Before that they already took near about 6000 Rs from me & forced me to purchase their services showing big dreams. An overall payment of Rs 15000 /- was made by me to Times Jobs. Now after that when I try to call that person he doesn't picks up my call neither reply to my msgs. Times Jobs team said they have an opening for my profile in great MNCs & if I register with them ASAP I can get that opportunity. But now no one keeps the follow up & I can say that my 15000 just gone waste... Screw you Times Jobs. :X

I registered for their Service after that they are asking for register for one more service else I won't get the interview call .
I was told my to pay Rs 4505 as a final amount after which i didn't have to pay anything but they are asking for another Rs 2400 for educational certificate verification which they say is compulsory now after i have done my registration and paid the money Rs 4505 .

Hi I want to file a compliant here this is on behalf of so many people who have been cheated like me in which i have a proof as well. There is Job site called TIMES JOBS and it belongs to the News paper "Times of India". They have various services to canvas and play with people emotions and they get the money. My case they have looted 20K to get a job abroad and as well as in India. Once they got the money they were gupshup and didnt came at all and they sent me two attchements which is certification status and they told me that they will get me a job for sure in abroads but they didnt and they told me just they have send my resume and nothing has been done after that.. I am a fresher from a small town o[censored]ttar Pradesh struggling for jobs in the metro cities after doing my post graduation in Science with very good marks. One day I received a call from TimesJobs.com. I was delighted that I may be offered some of the jobs. But, it led to a blackmail and they forced me to do a huge amount that an unemployed fresher can hardly bear. They asked me to buy a JobSeek product. They said that Times Jobs Job seek product will help me in getting the jobs. They even said that it is a 100% job opportunity. A guy named Abhay Sharma told me various this about these Job Seek product that was costing me around 3000/-. Then he asked me to pay 4000/- more to carry on the process or all will be wasted. When i asked that are there any further payments after this they denied. Further the CCEs asked me to pay 6000/- in order to continue the process. They said that all of it would be wasted if the process is not continued. When I asked about the lies that they told they said that, the other CEE is a junior so he might not be knowing the full procedure. So I had to pay 6000/- in order to continue the process of job seeking. After paying this I expected a very good services and suggestions from them. But, the fraud job assistance company only provided me with a resume and not even the list of companies to apply for the jobs. After 15days they again offered me a new resume package saying that you have taken a wrong package. You did not read the instruction properly. Thus the fraud Times Jobs people like Abhay Sharma and others are looting freshers by giving them fake notice of 100% job guarantee and assuring them fake jobs for 200,000 jobs.

In order to get job opportunities in Dubai, I was asked to pay for the premium services by the timesjobs.
I paid them 4500, 6300 & 2450 consecutively for some services, which I was almost forced to pay, by saying that I would get the job in 4-5 working days only if I paid this amount for the respective services.
The employees from this company used to call me eventually demanding some amount for some services only, none of them called me back for the proper assistance regarding the job.
Its been 3 months now and I haven't got a single response regarding any kind of job. I do apply for the opportunities recommended on their website, but I do not get a single reply for the applied job either.
I have been trying to contact them regarding the refund of my amount paid, thus it seems that none of them consider it as an priority.
Hence, I seek some help, as the amount I paid matters a lot for me, coming from a low class family.

To add to it further, initially I had conversation with Mr. Neeraj regarding this service. He told me about the benefits of service. When I went into the details, he transferred the call to his senior Mr. Ram Kishan. I talked to him for long and the following points were confirmed form him:
1. I would be getting a relationship manager whose role would be arrange interviews for me. 10-15 interviews would be scheduled in 30 days.
2. These are hidden jobs which are not available in market. Relationship Manager would go through my resume and do the necessary modification in it, if required as per the company's requirement.
3. All Relationship Managers are having experience of 30-35 years and have served the companies earlier. Due to this, they have strong links there and surely have a push into the selection.
4. My current CTC is Rs. 4.50 lacs p.a. As per Mr. Ram Kishan, it's very low. He also advised me to show my CTC between 6 - 6.50 lacs p.a. so that I can get a package of 8. When I asked him about verifications, he assured me that verification will be only about my experience with present company, not about CTC.
On the basis of above points, I asked him to give a call on next day to tell my decision, Next day, i got a call from Neeraj and I asked him about the points discussed with Ram Kishan. He asked me to arrange a call back from Ram Kishan. After some time, I got call from Ram Kishan and I asked him for confirmation of all benefits as discussed point by point. he confirmed me again and said that there won't be any kind of discrepancy in it not even 1%. i again asked him about the role of relationship manager and he again confirmed what he told the day before. After satisfying, I asked him to arrange a call back from Neeraj to go ahead for payment process. Neeraj called me and I completed the payment process.

Now, when I got a call from you yesterday mentioning that you have been appointed as my relationship manager, you told me that we don't provide any kind of assurance for scheduling interviews and also there won't be any push for selection if I crack the interview myself. If this is the case, what is the benefit of this service? Job openings are already there on job site, i also get mail from consultancies. further , if you talk about companies profile and HR contact nos., it can be very easily got form Google. Also, as per your voice you don't seem to be a person having 30-35 years of experience.because that guy should be ageing around 60 years.

Now, after this contradiction of words between you and Ram Kishan I want to cancel my services and get my money back immediately. Please go through your process and help me to get my money.back. if this is not the case, i have to personally visit your office in NOIDA, Sec-16, Film City, Noida to discuss with the management and if needed, i will give a written complaint against these two persons.

Further, I have called them 4 times on the customer care and every time, they assured me that I will get a call from mr. Abhinav/Kuldeep regarding the same and matter will be sorted out. After a lot of requests and reminders, there is no one to take care of my query. I have been writing mail from 2 and half months but things are not moving, now i am bothering you in this matter, please intervene and help me to get my money back as they can not give thise services which they promised.
